As I mentioned in my review of the first book, these fairies are not like others in more traditional fairy books. These are real human beings solving real problems. But there is also beauty and frivolity and fun. The characters in this book in addition to the fairies are very appealing including a sweet gnome, the Sandman, confused but friendly trolls, and an interesting Dream Spider that spins a magical web to catch our nightmares. This adventure was very engaging, and I couldn't stop reading it. This book also made me want to pay more attention to my recycling efforts. I am normally a practical and frugal person who reuses things, but I want to be more diligent now. Great and fun adventure, and as I mentioned in the review I did of Marigold and the Feather of Hope, the Journey Begins, a surprisingly unique fairy series that is not disappointing to a lifelong fairy book collector. Bravoooo Fairy Chronicles!
