Since I was brought up in Europe, French Children Don't Throw Food didn't "wow" me but seems to me pretty natural and not particularly using any special French methods. Nevertheless, nowadays parents tend to forget the basic things and discipline their children and that is why I find this book as a gentle reminder of what I have known or what I should pay attention to with my own children. I admit I found the background story a bit boring and focused mainly on the practical part. It was easy to read and I've been even checking out Bringing Up Bebe but judging from the sample I received to my kindle it seems it's the same book with slight differences... weird... (one reviewer mentioned it too). I will give a try Babe Day by Day instead.
