This very short book mainly rehashes some basic concepts. Sure, money management is important, so important that it's already trivial. Making money riding a trend is also not really a new idea. But to call something based on an exponential moving average cross over a strategy is almost ridiculous. For identifying a trend at its early stages and to know when it is about to end you need a bit more. For day and swing traders this book is outright useless. You would do much better having a look at John F. Carter, Mastering the Trade or Tim Haddock, Day Trading with Heikin Ashi Charts.
