Nice to read and easy to understand, full of practical tipps. Also comes with a couple of ready-to-use training plans. Re-ingited my training motivation and the changes I incorporated in my routine thanks to this book quickly showed results.
Die hier angesprochenen Traininigsprogramme und Systeme sind wirklich mit wenig Equipment sehr gut durch zu führen. Man(n) sollte aber sich nicht täuschen lassen es sieht einfach aus (auf dem Papier) aber.....es ist echt harte arbeit.
