Her Mad Hatter was one of the dozens of books I downloaded when I got my Kindle, just because they were free. Lots of them were average, but this story hooked me up in a matter of minutes. The cover is great, the story is great, I loved the fairytale quality and especially the very grown-up parts! Alice and Hatter are awesome, they made me feel for them, cry for them and the unexpected twist at the end made me more than a little upset and very very happy about the ending. I enjoyed it so much that I immediately delved into the next book Red and the Wolf - and it didn't let me down at all. Hero and heroine totally took me in, how Marie Hall put a totally different spin on the old often-told fairytale was very cool and exciting and by then I was a big fan of Danika, she's one hell of a fairy godmother! To get not one, not two but even three great stories for no price at all is truly priceless - and to hear the true story of Beauty and the Beast, find out who Gerard's real beauty is, was so breathtaking I couldn't put the book down. Of course I had to have all the other Kingdom series books now - and I can recommend every single on of them. You don't believe me? Think I tell you fairytales? Go on - I dare you to download this perfect start in a wonderful series and you will see for yourself. It's free, so what do you have to lose? Nothing, only to gain hours and hours of pure reading delight. Do as I did and lose yourself in the very grown up, sexy and dangerous fairy tale world of Marie Hall!
