Das Buch ist in englische Sprache, daher meine Beurteilung in Englisch:
Great book in a nice format. The part I like most is the practical part, where exercises are shown and explained, followed by the sample workout sequences and the biographies, especially the one from Casey Conrad. I am impressed about the amount of research and explanations on the effects nutrition has on the body. It is great that the book also offer an easier option for some exercises. I like this because for someone with problems, it shows that the author/teacher acknowledges that there are different bodytypes and problem areas and that there is an easier option, where a student can still benefit from.
