I am a fitness enthusiast who is always looking for new methods for training. This book is a perfect colletion of many many useful exercises, many of them with just your body weight. I also bought "The Men's Health Big Book of Exercises" some time ago but couldn't do much with it. This book here is so practical for me because I don't have to create my own sets of exercises. It has sets of 5-6 exercises that can be accomplished withn 15 minutes.
