Chris Pyak is managing director of Immigrant Spirit GmbH. In the last 27 years Chris worked in six different countries and lead teams in four different cultures.
In 2011 Chris returned to Germany. In 2013 he created Immigrant Spirit GmbH in order to bring the brightest and most motivated talents in the world to his home country. Over the years Chris has worked with over 500 HR manager, hiring manager and CEO’s. He introduced international talent from all over the world and a wide variety of professions.
The client list of Immigrant Spirit GmbH includes companies like Trivago, Home24, InnoGames and Trusted Shops as well as non-profit organisations like the German Red Cross, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation and the Forest Stewardship Council.
Chris Pyak also works directly with individuals. The Immigrant Spirit Contributors are a selected group of international professionals. They are former coachee’s of Chris.
