    Das Buch fängt sehr behutsam an und führt den Leser zunächst fast zu "idiotensicher" in die absoluten Grundlagen der Logik ein.
    Danach (ca. nach dem ersten Drittel) scheinen mir aber so wohl der thematische Fokus wie auch die Lernkurve etwas ungewöhnlich.
    Sprich: Dinge die ich in einem Logik-Grundkurs ganz selbstverständlich erwarten würde kommen überhaupt nicht vor, während andere Dinge ausführlich behandelt werden, die mir für eine Einführung fast zu übertrieben erscheinen.

    Als Student der analytischen Philosophie musste auch ich mich durch zahlreiche Logik-Kurse quälen. Um die Lehrveranstaltung zu ergänzen ist die Anschaffung eines Buches oft nicht erlässlich. Das vorleigende Buch ist sehr gut geeignet für Studenten und alle die sich mit dem Thema beschäftigen wollen/müssen. Einzig der Umfang ist etwas mager. Man könnte schon noch einiges ausbauen, das vielfach auch nützlich ist. So z.B. kommt die Mengenlehre etwas kurz (nicht jeder kann sich an alles der Schulzeit erinnern kann). Auch speziellere Themenbereiche wie z.B. Modelltheorie (Satz von Henkin usw.) kommen zu kurz. Auch wünscht man sich etwas mehr Beispiele. Sonst ganz brauchbar.
