Für jede Frau die an sich selbst (ihrem Selbstbewusstsein, Selbstwertgefühl, Selbstliebe) arbeiten will ist genau das das richtige Buch! Das Buch ist für mich wie eine Mentorin, die mir nützliche Tipps fürs Leben gibt. Natürlich muss man aber auch überlegen, ob alle Ratschläge zu einem passen, bzw. schauen, welche Tipps man für sein eigenes Leben übernehmen möchte. Daumen hoch! 5 Sterne gibt es von mir.

Such a eye opener to how strong us females really are love how she mentions her own story but more refers back to moments she experienced to what she's trying to talk about in the book sometimes you find these celebrities love to just talk about themselves but she is not one of them loved all the pretty pictures too and great advice definitely worth a read especially when your feeling down on yourself gives you a boost a reminded me how great it is to be a woman.

Received this yesterday and instantly read it from cover to cover- fabulous! HTBABB is full of REAL wisdom about how to hold your own in a world of double standards and mixed messages. The book is well done with beautiful photo spreads and contains lots of Amber's unique personal commentary in the form of stories which I loved reading. I admire that Amber's voice really shines in this book from her humor to her brutal honesty about handling negativity and jealousy. The "10 rules to live by" though simple is something that many women forget to follow, 1. hold your head high 2. always smile 3. be kind to people serving you in any way (waiters, beauticians, anyone) 4. always listen more than you talk 5. know when to leave a situation when you're not wanted 6. never hide your needs, including food! no one likes a h(angry) girl 7. think before opening your mouth 8. no yelling 9. if you mess up- own it, apologize (pride kills relationships) 10. never be a hater- compliment other women! The dominant message that emerges in HTBABB that you should always hold your head high, act with class and focus on making yourself happy while lifting others up as well. Jealously and negativity is the most unattractive attitude a woman can have and it ultimately will hold you back from pursuing your dreams and affect your romantic relationships. HTBABB is the modern anthem of empowerment and a useful guide for any woman wanting to understand her feminine power and get what she wants out of life. I'm 100% team Amber.
