danke
An Output 1 kommt mein Monitor, an Output 2 meine Elgato 4K60 Pro MKII Capture Card.
Mein Anwendungsfall:
PS5 Signal mit wahlweise 2160p/120Hz oder 1440p/120Hz (ja, ich habe die neue beta PS5 FW drauf) auf 2 Ausgänge splitten.
Der 1. HDMI Ausgang soll direkt in meinen 4K Oled Monitor

🔝 : Top Tip : Using an HDMI 2.1 standard cable will produce better results.

Looks to be a solid, good quality, well-designed HDMI switch.
But...
Is it any good?
Is it good value?
Will I get a lovely cup of tea 🍵, at any point during this review?
Well... the answers to these, plus perhaps, one or two, extra, questions, we might accidentally stumble across, during the course of my meandering, and often erratic, review, we should take a closer look... 👀...
📦 Packaging :
It arrives in a shiny, professional, retail ready box.
It makes a great first impression.
♻️ Recycling :
All of the packaging can be recycled, including all of the inner contents.
📋 Contents :
Out of the box, and the contents are easily catalogued:
▪️ 1 x HDMI Splitter
▪️ 2 x Reusable Cable Tie
▪️ 1 x Power Adapter
▪️ 1 x User Manual
Everything needed to get you up and running straight out of the box.
Very nice indeed.
🛠️ Build Quality :
Build quality is excellent.
The splitter is made to a good standard, and is finished to a high level.
There are no manufacturing flaws, no sharp, or ragged edges, and there are no flaws visible in the surface of the product.
It feels chunky, tight, and well-made.
🗃️ Features :
The splitter is made from metal, an aluminium alloy, and it looks good, in its combination of shiny, and matt black finishes.
It is small, chunky, and compact, yet large enough not to make it fiddly.
It can accommodate two full sized, chunky HDMI cables, side by side, with no issues, and no bumping of cables.
There are no non-slip feet on the base of the splitter box, as I would have expected.
It does stay in place due to the weight of the box though, and it never got far away from it's intended location.
With two HDMI 2.1 leads plugged in, the splitter box does not require any power, drawing its power from the devices plugged in.
Non HDMI 2.1 leads will require the use of the power cable.
The splitter supports a lot of formats:
▪️ 8K@60/30Hz,
▪️ 4K@120/60Hz,
▪️ 1080P@120/60/50/24Hz,
▪️ 4:4:4 8bit
▪️ VRR
▪️ CEC
▪️ HDR 10+
▪️ 3D Vision
▪️ HDCP 2.3
▪️ Dolby Audio : DTS-HD, Dolby-Atmos, DTS, Dolby-trueHD, DSD 7.1/5.1/2.1CH
All good to know.
Using 2.1 standard HDMI cables will produce best results, so check your cables, and upgrade them if necessary.
It would be a shame to spend all the money on a swanky new splitter box, only to have the picture quality let down by some old cables.
🏗️ Set Up :
Setting the splitter up is as simple as plugging in the two devices you wish to share a monitor, or TV.
The power will be drawn from the devices, so no need to plug in the extra power cable, unless power appears insufficient, in which case, you should plug in the power cable.
To switch between sources, there is only one switch on the whole splitter box, so it is not rocket surgery, or brain science, if you prefer, to guess how to switch the signal.
Keeping it simple is well executed here, and it is nicely done.
An LED will indicate which side of the HDMI box is active, and which cable is selected.
Again, simple, but effective design.
🎪 Performance :
The splitter performed flawlessly in testing.
It was perfectly well-behaved, and had a couple of devices hooked up, and selected between.
Picture quality was brilliant, and video was as smooth as a box of buttered frogs 🐸.
Sound quality was equally impressive, without any frogs though.
That is a shame, as as grown ups, we don't see enough frogs, or indeed tadpoles.
It may not be review related, but it is worth noting.
🔻 Down Sides :
No downsides, or concerns, were noted during testing.
It behaved impeccably.
💲 Value :
The device is not cheap.
It is at the top end of the price range,
It is such good quality that the price tag is, in this case, very much justified.
A splitter of this quality, and this high resolution, is always going to cost a premium amount.
🛒 Summary :
Overall, this splitter is excellent.
It is very well-designed, with a minimalist approach.
It worked perfectly in our testing.
It is pretty good value, taking into account the quality.
✔️❌ Recommendation :
I can happily highly recommend it, and I am a proud owner, and use it all the time.
I think I hear the happy sound of that cup of tea, that was promised, being brewed up...
🍵 Ooh... Lovely.
I hope you enjoyed our time together 🤎🤍🖤.
Thank you for reading my review 🤗.

Great value for money splitter, awsome quality at all. That's why I can easily recommend it to anyone.
You have some good option choices you can select with the button for sound quality output but for this money seeing the old-style micro-USB port even for just updates is a let-down, this should be the modern universal USB-C port by now.
Overall, nice compact little box but needs a port update and at £129.99 currently its way to expensive at over double the price of others on the market.

The HDMI splitter itself feels alright as the design is not bad and not big instead of being thick which is nice I also like how decently priced it is under almost £110 💸 compared to other markets that are really pricey, so I'm happy with the pricing as well, overall, had no problems with streaming, great quality for 8k 60hz gaming. In terms of audio input, I only use it if I want to play a game with my headphones on or using other secondary speakers. Besides that all good.
