Die Wurkkos TS25 begleitet mich nun schon seit ein paar Tagen. Für nächtliche Spaziergänge super, als EDC aber etwas zu klobig und schwer um sie immer dabei zu haben.

Daher habe ich mir nun als zweite Taschenlampe die Wurkkos FC11 besorgt. Die Lichtausbeute ist natürlich geringer als bei der größeren TS25 (1300 vs 4000 Lumen), aber auch bei der kleinen FC11 ist der Wald vor einem gut ausgeleuchtet, auch auf der hellen Stufe ohne Turbo.
Als EDC macht sie einen sehr guten Eindruck, die Taschenlampe ist schön schmal, passt super in jede Tasche, egal ob Jacke oder Hose und ist dabei noch vergleichsweise leicht, hell genug und ausdauernd.

Besonders klasse finde ich, dass die FC11 auch eine magnetische Kappe hat, was im Job des Öfteren hilfreich sein kann.
Die Bedienung ist kinderleicht, man hat nicht so viele Möglichkeiten wie bei Anduril 2, aber das ist auch nicht nötig. Man kann wechseln zwischen stufen- oder stufenloser Verstellung der Helligkeit, hat ein Stroboskop-Modus und eine Einschaltsperre. Und mehr brauche ich auch nicht. Keine Spielereien, kein Schnickschnack, einfach eine gute Taschenlampe.

Ich habe sie heute auch mit meiner alten Wuben C3 verglichen, die etwa genauso groß ist. Die FC11 ist um einiges heller und hat zusätzlich noch den Turbo, ist dabei aber leichter als die C3. Bin wirklich begeistert von der kleinen EDC!

Vorab, ich besitze mittlerweile (vielzu-) viele Taschenlampen, von 10 bis gut über 100€.
Die Wurkkos FC11 hat mich aber tatsächlich begeistert. Die Verarbeitung ist wirklich gut für diese Preisklasse, die Helligkeit mit 1300 lm kommt im Vergleich mit ähnlichen Lampen auch hin und ist auch für die 18650 Zelle durchaus realistisch. Das ist schonmal ein großes Plus, da viele andere Hersteller mit utopischen Lumen-Werten werben.

Das Gehäuse ist gut verarbeitet und die grüne Eloxierung macht auch was her, besser als die immergleichen langweiligen schwarzen Lampen. Dazu noch die unterschiedlichen Farbtemperaturen von warm- bis kaltweiß. Da könnte man schon glatt sagen, dass Wurkkos hier OLight ordentlich Konkurrenz bietet, gerade was die abgehobenen OLight Preise betrifft.

Geladen wird die Lampe GOTT sei DANK im Jahre 2023 per USB-C und nicht mehr mit dem alten micro-USB Standard. Schön ist, dass die Lampe nach dem Einschalten im Schalter über eine grüne LED kurz zeigt, dass der Akku noch >30% geladen ist. Sollte der Akku <30% besitzen, leuchtet die LED kurz rot und man weiß Bescheid und kann noch eine ersatz 18650er Zelle einpacken. Die LED dient während dem Ladevorgang auch als Indikator, ob der Ladevorgang noch läuft oder bereits abgeschlossen ist.

Im Fußende ist ein mittelstarker Magnet, sodass die Lampe sich problemlos an Metall anbringen lässt, sofern es eine gewisse Materialstärke aufweist, hält es auch ganz gut.

Was mir gut gefällt ist die einfache Bedienung der Lampe und der unterschiedlichen Helligkeitsstufen.
1x Drücken: An; 1x Drücken: Aus (so sollte es meiner Meinung nach immer sein)
Wenn die Lampe an ist und man gedrückt hält, dimmt sie stufenlos von 100% auf (geschätzt) 5% herunter (Moonlight Modus, ideal, wenn man in der Dunkelheit unterwegs ist und die Nachtsicht nicht verlieren will) nochmal drücken + halten, dann dimmt sie wieder hoch. Das schöne daran ist, dass die Lampe sich die zuletzt genutzte Helligkeit immer merkt und man dann nicht um Mitternacht im Zelt mit 1300 Lumen geblitzdingst wird.

Fazit: Ich weiß aktuell nicht, warum man diese Taschenlampe nicht kaufen sollte. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Gesamtpaket für den Preis von unter 30€.

Schön ist, dass die Lampe nach dem Einschalten im Schalter über eine grüne LED kurz zeigt, dass der Akku noch >30% geladen ist. Sollte der Akku <30% besitzen, leuchtet die LED kurz rot und man weiß Bescheid und kann noch eine ersatz 18650er Zelle einpacken. Die LED dient während dem Ladevorgang auch als Indikator, ob der Ladevorgang noch läuft oder bereits abgeschlossen ist.

Im Fußende ist ein mittelstarker Magnet, sodass die Lampe sich problemlos an Metall anbringen lässt, sofern es eine gewisse Materialstärke aufweist, hält es auch ganz gut.

Was mir gut gefällt ist die einfache Bedienung der Lampe und der unterschiedlichen Helligkeitsstufen.
1x Drücken: An; 1x Drücken: Aus (so sollte es meiner Meinung nach immer sein)
Wenn die Lampe an ist und man gedrückt hält, dimmt sie stufenlos von 100% auf (geschätzt) 5% herunter (Moonlight Modus, ideal, wenn man in der Dunkelheit unterwegs ist und die Nachtsicht nicht verlieren will) nochmal drücken + halten, dann dimmt sie wieder hoch. Das schöne daran ist, dass die Lampe sich die zuletzt genutzte Helligkeit immer merkt und man dann nicht um Mitternacht im Zelt mit 1300 Lumen geblitzdingst wird.

Fazit: Ich weiß aktuell nicht, warum man diese Taschenlampe nicht kaufen sollte. Meiner Meinung nach das beste Gesamtpaket für den Preis von unter 30€.

Die Wurkkos FC11 macht erst mal als Every Day Carry (EDC) Taschenlampe einen guten Eindruck, hat gute Features (leuchtstark & kompakt, magnetische Kappe) und war bei uns praktisch täglich beim Hundespaziergang im Einsatz. Nur leider hat die Lampe bereits nach relativ kurzer Zeit die ersten Macken gezeigt (die Ladefunktion für den Akku hatte sporadische Aussetzer). Nach 2 Jahren hat sie jetzt vollständig den Dienst verweigert (keine Funktion mehr). Offensichtlich bin ich auch nicht der einzige, der diese Erfahrungen damit gemacht hat. Der Nachfolger wird definitiv keine Wurkkos.

Volevo acquistare una torcia 18650 e soddisfatto da un precedente acquisto ho scelto nuovamente un prodotto del catalogo Wurkkos che, per chi non lo conoscesse ancora, è un produttore orientale di torce di ultima generazione, molto ben fatte a livello di hardware e dall’alto contenuto tecnologico a livello di firmware. Suppongo sia un’azienda di dimensioni tutt’altro che trascurabili eppure è gestita come fosse una startup, quindi con vero entusiasmo e con massima attenzione alle aspettative, alle richieste, alla soddisfazione dei clienti.
Non avevo particolari esigenze nell’acquisto di questa torcia, desideravo semplicemente che fosse alimentata da una 18650, batteria non eccessivamente grande ma che offre prestazioni di tutto rispetto. Era comunque evidente già a colpo d’occhio che nella scheda tecnica della FC11 ci fossero delle caratteristiche piuttosto interessanti. Tra queste ad esempio la ricarica con cavetto usb-c tramite un charger interno alla torcia, che consente inoltre di ricaricare qualsiasi 18650 e non solo una batteria proprietaria come invece accade per esempio con le torce Olight. La presenza di un magnete in coda (che si è rivelato molto tenace). La possibilità di variare la luminosità in maniera continua oltre che ovviamente a step. Queste le feature immediatamente evidenti anche a lettura distratta.
Poi però una volta ricevuta la torcia e esaminatala attentamente ho avuto modo di apprezzare dei particolari costruttivi che ne attestano una qualità superiore a prodotti della concorrenza dal costo doppio e triplo. Come ad esempio le robuste e scorrevolissime filettature di tipo square sia in testa che in coda. Il LED montato su uno zoccolo in rame per avere la massima dissipazione termica e conduttività verso le alette esterne sul corpo della torcia. O ancora la robusta molla dorata presente non solo in coda ma anche sotto la testa per offrire la massima protezione al circuito driver in caso di urti e caduta, e che consente inoltre l’impiego di 18650 di qualsiasi lunghezza, flat top, botton top, protected, unprotected. Qualsiasi batteria di cui disponi la metti dentro e resta ben salda. Lo stato di carica della batteria è indicato da dei led sotto il pulsante di accensione. Inoltre la torcia oltre ad avvisarti quando è il momento di procedere alla ricarica è dotata anche di un circuito di protezione interno che taglia l'alimentazione quando il voltaggio cala in prossimità dei livelli di guardia. Aspetto della massima importanza sotto il profilo della sicurezza, non scordiamoci che c'è di mezzo una batteria al Litio non protetta.
Il pulsante in gomma è recesso il tanto necessario perché non venga attivato accidentalmente in tasca o in borsa, è un pulsante solido e risponde in maniera consistente senza incertezze. Il bezel leggermente avanzato protegge il vetro, che è vetro vero e non un pezzo di plastica che si graffia e perde la trasparenza.
Il LED impiegato è il noto Samsung LH351D, ho scelto la versione a 5.000 kelvin che è un compromesso ideale sia per utilizzi indoor che outdoor. E’ un LED ad alta resa cromatica, significa che consente di percepire e distinguere bene tutti i colori dello spettro luminoso. Tutto viene illuminato da una luce bianco perla veramente molto bella. Il rosso brillante appare come rosso brillante e non marrone o porpora. Distingui perfettamente il blu notte dal nero. I colori freddi son riprodotti bene senza essere lavati via. Dopo aver provato questa nuova generazione di LED, che sono un vero piacere per gli occhi, è davvero sconcertante come la maggior parte degli altri marchi commerciali (di cui per rispetto non faccio nomi) continuino ad utilizzare componentistica obsoleta che emette una luce così brutta che non la vorrei neppure per usarla occasionalmente in garage.
A livello di interfaccia utente la FC11 è molto intuitiva e prende solo il meglio di Anduril adottandone la modalità ramping, cioè la variazione continua della luminosità, e lasciando fuori gli orpelli che a molte persone non interessano. Nella FC11 inolte abbiamo anche l’accesso veloce alla funzione strobo, utile in caso di difesa anche perchè la torcia ha dimensioni e massa ideale per trasformarsi in extremis in un kubotan. Non è etichettabile come torcia prorpiamente tattica ma di fatto può prestarsi anche a questo utilizzo, un vero jolly insomma.
Ma c’è qualcosa che non va o è veramente tutto perfetto? C’è qualcosa di perfettibile diciamo, come in tutte le cose. Non trovo particolarmente efficace la clip ma altrettanto si può dire per la maggior parte di torce in commercio. E avrei desiderato una modalità più bassa dei 2 lumen minimi ma il moonlight vero resta appannaggio delle piccole torcette aaa, e nemmeno di tutte. Non saprei quali altri difetti trovare all’oggetto, se ad esempio dicessi che la torcia avrebbe potuto essere due centimetri più corta si sarebbe dovuto però rinunciare al charger interno e alla doppia molla. Quindi alcune caratteristiche ne devono forzatamente escludere altre. Vorrei infine evidenziare che l’esemplare in mio possesso è impeccabile a livello estetico, l’anodizzazione è perfetta alla vista e molto piacevole al tatto, non ci sono sbavature a cercarle con la lente. Niente di tutto questo è scontato che sia così.
Promuovo quindi l’oggetto e lo recensisco volentieri perchè si è rivelato oltre le aspettative. E' al momento una delle torce che utilizzo di più, infatti ho anche comprato il tubo riduttore per usarla all'occorrenza con una batteria 18350, con la quale la torcia scende sotto i 9 centimetri di lunghezza totale diventando veramente supertascabile.
E' una torcia che sia adatta a molte situazioni, passeggiate al buio, escursionismo, camping, faretto in bici, emergenze in auto, sotto la cappa dei fuochi al posto delle luci alogene che consumano un botto, lampada da comodino, lavori in officina etc. Le caratteristiche sopra menzionate sono un valore aggiunto e fanno la differenza tra un prodotto qualsiasi e uno di livello superiore.
