About this item

  • V / F control: The inverter is controlled via V/F, vector control and output torque control. With speed potentiometer and external control panel. Some or all key locks can be reached (unlock analogue potentiometer).
  • Six speed regulation: The inverter has six speed control modes that are automatically executed and can select multiple driving commands or channels.
  • Built-in equipment: The inverter has an integrated RS-485 communication interface. Built-in synchronous control and proportional synchronous control. Built-in custom timer/counter. Built-in PID setting for easy control of temperature, pressure and voltage.
  • Function: This product can output an adjustable torque of 0-100% at zero speed and has a brake function at zero speed. With textile vibration frequency function, it can be used most in textile equipment.
  • Output mode: The inverter relay is normally open or normally closed, and the two high-configuration outputs are available in 100 modes. 6 digital optically insulated inputs, 100 optional.

      Dopo aver preso 2 modelli di inverter che nn facevano il proprio lavoro addirittura il secondo dichiarava 2.2 kw ma non assolutamente reali. Questo inverter invece e riuscito a far avviare un macchinario trifase da 4hp 5.5A. Al primo avvio dovete impostare nel menù P1 il voltaggio in 380 e gli A che ho messo un massimo di 10. Ve lo consiglio a tutti sono soldi ben spesi.

      Fitted to a RF30 Mill/Drill. Works well.
      Input/Output screw terminals quite small. Not the best ones. With some patience everything connected.
      Took 3 hours to figure out and set parameters. Not too bad.
      When running a 6 kHz tone from the motor. Not very loud, but slightly annoying.
      First VFD I've fitted so quite happy with it.

      So far it’s fine. I was worried after reading other reviews that they got the 3 phase input version. I got the expected single phase input, but according to manual both types exist. I’ve run it with a 0.55kw fan and the variable speed control via the fq pot works as expected. Not tried any digital io or RS485 ad only needed a simple 3 phase fan speed control.

      Time will tell if it’s reliable, I mean I would not use it in equipment I’m installing for someone as I would stick to the £200+ WJ200s but for a home/workshop cheap project it’s ideal.
