    Ich habe die SSD in meine PS4 Pro eingebaut, da mir die Ladezeiten zB von Destiny 2 viel zu lang waren.
    Jeder kennt auch das Problem mit den Updates. Man läd ein 2 GB Update in wenigen Minuten herunter und dann dauert es gefühlt 1 Stunde bis die Daten kopiert sind.
    Mit der SSD sind die Ladezeiten ca 30% weniger und Daten kopieren als auch der Startvorgang sind erheblich schneller.
    Es wird oft der fehlende Trim Support der PS4 bemängelt. Aber ich sage es mal so. Ehe die SSD kaputt geht habe ich schon die PS5.

    Lohnt sich definitiv für jeden Zocker und der Einbau ist kinderleicht. Samsung SSDs haben mich bisher noch nie enttäuscht.

    Da mein bisheriger Massenspeicher von Samsung in die Jahre gekommen ist, habe ich mich für das Produkt namens:

    "Samsung MZ-76E500B/EU 860 EVO interne SSD 500GB (6,4 cm (2,5 Zoll), SATA III) schwarz" entschieden.

    Zum Einsatz kommt sie in meinem Laptop, der vorher mit einem 250GB Laufwerk gleichen Herstellers bestückt war.

    Vor dem Klonen des alten Laufwerkes habe ich jenes auf Fehler untersuchen lassen und defragmentiert sowie alle Windows Updates vorher noch installiert, damit auch ja nichts schiefgehen kann.

    Für das Klonen habe ich folgenden Adapter verwendet:

    Als Software sollte man die Samsung eigene Software namens "Data Migration" verwenden, die man vorher ebenfalls auf den neusten Stand bringen sollte.

    Die Samsung eigene Software arbeitet stets problemlos und ist unter anderem für mich ein Grund, nur noch Massenspeicher von Samsung zu kaufen. Samsung bringt nicht ständig irgendwelche Firmware-Updates heraus, die später nicht funktionieren oder den Rechner zerstören könnten, wie ich es bereits mit einem anderen Hersteller erlebt habe, dessen Namen ich jedoch außen vor lasse.

    Nach dem erfolgreichen Klonen baut man die alte Platte aus, die neue SSD wiederum ein, nun sollte man das alte Laufwerk an den Adapter anschließen und sicher löschen sowie auf den Werkszustand zurücksetzen, sodaß alte Daten nicht mehr lesbar sind, sollte man das Laufwerk verkaufen, verschenken, entsorgen, was auch immer. Datenschutz ist heutzutage in Zeiten von Facebook und Co. das A und O!

    Sehr erfreulich an einer Samsung Solid-State-Disk ist das Power-Management. Sie braucht extrem wenig Strom, der Lüfter des Laptops springt dadurch viel seltener an. Die Geschwindigkeit ist berauschend, eine alte Krücke wird hiermit zum Turbo-PC.

    Ich bin jedenfalls rundum zufrieden und vergebe daher angemessene fünf Sterne für dieses preiswerte Laufwerk.

    quasi 3800 recensioni,non c'è molto altro da dire che non sia già stato detto su questo ssd 860evo di Samsung,
    Sperando di fare cosa gradita,imposterò questa mia recensione come se parlassi ad un neofita del mondo informatico,mi limiterò a dare qualche numero tecnico rilevato in fase di test subito dopo l'installazione,
    qualche consiglio che darei anche a qualche amico poco esperto in materia,
    e qualche suggerimento per poterlo utilizzare al meglio.

    Come si presenta:
    E' bene chiarire subito che questo ssd arriva in uno scatolino di cartone con i soliti loghi del produttore,nome del modello e numero seriale,utile in caso di qualche problema;
    Lo scatolino di cartone deve presentare 2 adesivi di colore nero,uno posto nella parte superiore e uno sottostante recante il nome del prodotto e del seriale,che fungono da sigilli,in sintesi dovete essere voi a tagliarli con un coltellino/taglierino,se così non fosse,il prodotto è già stato aperto.

    All'interno troverete un manuale compatto,anch'esso con un sigillo nero da tagliare,sotto di esso vi sarà una vaschetta di plastica sagomata che ospiterà il compatto e leggerissimo 860evo.

    niente altro vi è dovuto,non troverete cavi sata e/o di alimentazione,nessuna vite,sono tutte cose che dovrete procurarvi voi,sembra sciocco e scontato ma molti non lo sanno.

    A questo punto gli scenari di utilizzo sono due:
    A)usarlo in sostituzione del vecchio hard-disk principale,

    B)utilizzarlo come hard disk aggiuntivo,per operazioni di stoccaggio o installazione di altri software e giochi.

    Nel primo caso avrete 2 scelte da fare:
    1)installazione pulita di tutto il sistema operativo,con relativa installazione di driver,software etc.etc.
    è vero,si perde più tempo lo sò,tuttavia,è sempre la strategia migliore da adottare...
    Nel caso in cui non potete perdere tempo e il vostro sistema operativo è perfettamente configurato per il vostro lavoro:

    2)avvalervi del software che samsung vi mette a disposizione "gratis" sul suo sito per poter MIGRARE i dati (compreso il vostro sistema operativo) da un vecchio HD anche non di marca samsung,al vostro nuovo 860evo,il software si chiama "samsung data migration" facilmente individuabile attraverso il vostro motore di ricerca preferito.

    Sia per il punto A,ad eccezione dell'installazione "pulita",che per il punto B,
    e,dato per scontato che lo installerete a pc spento,quando accenderete il pc,il sistema operativo non riconoscerà il nuovo ssd,bisognerà andare in "gestione disco",richiamabile attraverso la barra di ricerca in basso a sinistra,una volta lanciato "gestione disco",vi apparirà una finestra che vi avvisa che l'ssd per essere utilizzato andrà "inizializzato",basterà cliccare su avanti un "tot" di volte fino alla conclusione di questo passaggio necessario.

    Per capire il risultato finale di questa operazione visionate l'immagine allegata numero 1.

    Ora parliamo un pò di prestazioni:

    Il prodotto è palesemente conforme con i dati che dichiara Samsung sul suo sito,
    in parole semplici: E' VERAMENTE MOLTO VELOCE,
    dati che ho confutato (vedi immagine N.2 & n.3) con 3 software gratuiti scaricabili in rete,che sono:
    CrystalDiskMark,HD Tune,e Samsung Magician,quest'ultimo,consiglio vivamente di installarlo in modo permanente nel vostro pc in quanto,si occupa anche di eventuali aggiornamenti firmware e controllo sullo stato di salute del vostro ssd Samsung,oltre ad una funzione speciale,chiamata "rapid mode",che eleva in modo esponenziale le prestazioni oltre i valori dichiarati,ma solo se siete abituati a tenere il vostro pc in stand by invece di spegnerlo completamente.

    Un ultimo test effettuato è quello più scontato di tutti:
    Spostare un grosso file (poco più di 4 gigabyte) da un ssd ad un altro ssd,
    come si può vedere nell'immagine n.4 la velocità è a dir poco affascinante.

    Se utilizzato come hard disk principale,provenendo da un modello di hard disk meccanico,dimezzerete di circa 4/5 volte la velocità di esecuzione del vostro sistema operativo.

    Ma perchè tutti questi test sulle prestazioni?
    Perchè il prodotto perfetto non esiste,ci sarà sempre una recensione di qualche utente che non percepisce o non rileva le reali prestazioni di un ssd,e quindi per stare tranquilli e non incorrere in un unità fallata,è sempre cosa buona e giusta,nei primi 30 giorni di vita,controllare che il prodotto sia esente da difetti e che sia conforme alle prestazioni dichiarate,in caso contrario,reso o sostituzione grazie all'ottima assistenza Amazon.

    Un ultimo accorgimento,la deframmentazione e gli ssd non vanno molto d'accordo,
    se deframmentate un ssd ne accorcierete la vita di molto...
    non voglio tediarvi con spiegazioni tecniche,ma se volete approfondire la questione il web è pieno di guide e suggerimenti.

    In conclusione mi ritengo molto soddisfatto dell'acquisto,lo consiglierei senza riserve,e a mio avviso merita le 5 stelle in ogni reparto.

    I had a 500Gb mechanical Hard drive in my 2012 laptop - it was so so slow. Swapping with this Samsung SSD made a huge difference. See the before/after pics for yourself. My laptop used to take 6 mins to boot up, until the hdd light would stop flashing - now its ready in 85 seconds!

    I used Acronis to do the complete drive transfer as I am more familiar with it. I didn't use the free downloadable Samsung drive cloning software.

    One thing to note: if you have an AMD system you may encounter an issue. Samsung and AMD don't appear to get on and don't support each others hardware with the software they write. If you get the occasional screen freeze (system hanging for a period of time on access to SSD drive), simply do the following fix:

    1) Start>Computer>Hardware and sound>Device manager>IDE/ATAPI controllers.
    2) Select the AMD SATA device.
    3) When the next menu comes up, click the Driver tab and then press the 'update driver' button.
    4) Choose option "Select driver from those installed".
    5) Very important this bit: Choose the GENERIC Microsoft AHCI SATA controller.

    Once you do that, the drive will work just fine, though you do get an exclamation mark if you run the Samsung magician software (a VID 1002 caution). In reading the forums, this is nothing to worry about and makes little to no difference with performance.

    Annoyed I didn't upgrade to an SSD drive earlier, they truly make mechanical Hard disk drives completely obsolete.
