My parish has a coffee and conversation group that meets on Thursdays and we choose a book to read. We chose Brett's book A Whole New You and it's drawing praise from all who are coming. Brett presents a clear and precise model and method for change that will help us reinvent our lives and live the life we want to and need to live. Besides the material provided in each stage,her book is loaded with activities/worksheets that allow us to look deeper inside and recreate ourselves into the person we were meant to be; and not someone others wish us to be. Her real life experiences add much more to the book and provide much material for sharing and growth. I am completely impressed with Brett's book and would encourage any person who is unhappy with where they are to pick it up and work through the journal pages. You will see changes you have always wished for and changes you need to be connected with your real self. I have read many books in the self-help field throughout my life; but I have to say Brett's book is on top of my list. It is clear, concise, challenging, and offers an opportunity to change ourselves to live a happy and meaningful life. Bett's book is groundbreaking and will touch your soul in ways no other book has the power to do. It is an absolute must read....and re-read; and integrate it into your life. You will feel much better and others will see a whole new you.

Easy to read and follow. I like that it talks about different dimensions of your life. I would compare it to "The Pathfinder", which I also loved. The Pathfinder is mainly geared towards your career, where "A Whole New You" talks about all aspects of life. Great book!

Being a step by step reinvention of self I found that the book was and good book to folloew and very understandable. I especially liked part two when you are made to actually look at your self worth and any changes you think or know that you schould do. I do wish that the journal or workbook would have come with it. I will be looking for the workbook so I can delve deeper in to my feelings and the changes that I would like to make.
