Ich nehme täglich verschiedene Vitamine und dazu gehört auch Vitamin C in den verschiedensten Formen. Ich nehme täglich 2 Tabletten und kann mit gutem Gewissen sagen das ich mich fitter fühle. Zudem mixe ich mir oftmals noch meine Wasserflaschen mit Vitamin c Konzentrat, welches man sehr günstig erwerben kann. Wenn man mal richtig krank werden sollte, kann man je nach dem was man verträgt sogar bis zu 6-8 Gramm auf den Tag verteilt zu sich nehmen. Allerdings muss das jeder für sich selber entscheiden. Bei einer Überdosis würde man Durchfall bekommen, ansonsten scheidet der Körper eh all das aus, was er nicht gebrauchen kann. Daher verweilt Vitamin C auch nicht allzu lange in unserem Körper. Man sollte bei der Einnahme nicht vergessen, dass Vitamin C auch einen Zuspieler hat, der ebenfalls sehr wichtig ist und nur beide zusammen im Körper Sinn ergeben. Das Verhältnis Vitamin C zu Vitamin E muss passen. Ich empfehle vor der Einnahme sich erstmal schlau zu machen und nicht gleich jeden Kram zu glauben den man irgendwo liest.

Leider scheidet unser Körper Vitamin C ab einer bestimmten Konzentration einfach wieder aus und kann es nicht verwerten. Da wäre es schon klasse wenn eine Tablette das Vitamin C über 8 Stunden abgibt. Leider ist das bei dieser Tablette nicht der Fall - ich habe eine Tablette einfach nur ins Wasser gelegt - nach 3 Stunden war sie völlig zerfallen ( im Magen-Darm-Trackt geht das bestimmt noch schneller. Somit ist die Tablette nicht wirklich optimal - vielleicht hat jemand einen Tipp für ein besseres Produkt. Bis dahin werde ich wohl bei dieser bleiben. Mit der Größe, dem Geschmack und der Verträglichkeit ist alles OK

leider hatte ich bei der Bestellung nicht auf die Zusatzstoffe geachtet. Wer auf diese verzichten möchte - namentlich Magnesiumsalze von Speisefettsäuren, Siliziumdioxid, bestellt leider von einer anderen Marke.

Die Tabletten sind gross, lassen sich aber leicht mit der Hand zerteilen.

Vitamin C ist zur Stärkung des Immunsystems, bei wiederkehrenden Infekten hilfreich.

Die Tabletten sind zwar ziemlich groß aber durch die glatte Oberfläche trotzdem gut zu schlucken,zudem lassen sie sich auch gut teilen.
Der Time Released Effekt ist optimal, da das Vitamin über den Tag abgegeben wird. Bitte beachten, nicht jeder verträgt die Einnahme auf nüchternen Magen.
Das Produkt wurde mir zum Testen angeboten und ich muß sagen, das ich durch die Einnahme eine beginnende Erkältung abwehren konnte. Durch eine Autoimmunkrankheit habe ich sonst immer Schwierigkeiten diese abzuwehren.
Alles in allem durch die angegebene Produktbeschreibung und Preis Leistungsverhältnis ein gutes Produkt zur täglichen Einnahme.

Durch die Retardwirkung der Vitamin C Tabletten wird der Körper kontinuierlich mit Vitamingaben versorgt. Die Bioflavonoide sorgen für eine hohe Bioverfügbarkeit. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Nicht vergleichbar mit reiner Ascorbinsäure, die bei mir zu Magenschmerzen führt und Blasenbeschwerden auslöst.

.. die ich trotz Bruchrille manuell nicht teilen kann. Im Tablettenzerteiler geht es aber auch nicht richtig, weil sie offenbar von einem Film umgeben sind, der dann klebrig zusammenhält, während der Rest staubig zerfällt. Insofern sollte die Bruchrille vielleicht weggelassen werden da irreführend. Über die Retardwirkung nach Zerteilen kann ich nichts sagen, da mir die Galenik nicht bekannt ist. Der Staub schmeckt eindeutig nach Ascorbinsäure. 250 Tbl ist eine große Menge (eigentlich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis), ich sehe mich die noch nicht alle runterwürgen, sondern werde wahrscheinlich einfach ein anderes Präparat kaufen mit kleineren Kapseln.

Wenn man alleine mal anschaut wobei Vitamin C in der Medizin einsetzt ist es ein Wundermittel. Es ist gut für die:
Verdauung, Haut, Sauerstoffgehalt im Blut, das Immunsystem, für die Wundheilung und noch viel mehr.

Die Tablette ist Lang und schmal gestaltet. Obwohl ich am Anfang überrascht war ist es leicht die Tablette runter zu schlucken. Mit fast einem Jahresvorrat an Vitamin C für gerade mal ein paar Euro macht man nix falsch.

Kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen

So ganz kam ich noch nicht dahinter, wie man aus einer natürlichen Vitamin C-Tablette eine zeitversetzte Tablette macht... Ich lerne extrem gerne dazu, wenn es jemand weiß, soll er das bitte kommentieren! Danke.

Die Tabletten sind gut einzunehmen und verursachen keine Probleme. Daher 5 ***** und eine Kaufempfehlung!
Ich werde sie sicher wieder mal bei diesem Hersteller kaufen.

J'utilise de la vitamine C depuis plus de 20 ans en anti-âge. Pour éviter les chocs et assurer mon organisme d'un apport au long cours j'ai opté pour la diffusion différée que l'on trouve depuis fort longtemps en Suisse mais à prix d'or. Vitabay a l'avantage de cumuler la diffusion prolongée et le prix abordable. J'en suis à mont 3ème flacon car j'augmente les doses en hiver (1g le matin, 1 g le soir) du fait de mon exposition publique (cours dans des auditoires de plus de 200 personnes). J'en suis parfaitement satisfaite et je l'ai déjà largement conseillée autour de moi étant thérapeute. .

kTout va bien, aucun problème de in (j''augmentel eje l'ute. Parfait. fe prends de la vitamin e e prends de la vitamine C pour me protéger en remontant mon système immunitaire depuis 40 ans (j'en ai 72). J'en connais donc parfaitement les effets (absence de maladies infectieuse, énergie, etc...). Afin d'éviter les à-coups qui proviennent de l'utilisation normale de vitamine C 1g en une fois j'ai opté depuis longtemps pour la libération prolongée, alors qu'à l'époque on la trouvait qu'en Suisse … et à prix d'or. Le résultat : optimal. Il permet même l'utilisation de 2 g (un le matin et le soir) pendant les périodes à risque (hiver, conférence dans un amphithéâtre surbondé, etc) . Et malgré son prix plus que raisonnable, l'effet est le même que celui obtenu par l'utilisation du produit acheté en Suisse.
Je recommande donc non seulement ce produit, mais également son utilisation systématique.

I can't talk about the effectiveness of the product as I haven't been taking it long enough, but the size is HUGE, the largest tablets I've taken in my life. I almost choked one day. There is an option to cut it in half but it's still so long I'm skeptical. I think time release wise they are good because I can see it stays in my system longer but I wouldn't buy again due to size
