For quiet some time now I was always focusing to do the majority of my work towards the evening. This got me frustrated and so I started trying to shift my daily routine. Unfortunately this did not seem to work, but then I stumbled upon this Book and I musst say its simply fascinating. This book gave me the knowledge to overcome my sleepiness and revolutionized my day. This Book is a must for everyone who seeks to gain control of his Life and seize the moment for success in Life. I've tried getting up early for quiet some time now, but this book did the trick for me! I used to stay up late at night to get work done, I was worn out and constantly tired. This book will show you how to get started on your work while everyone is still in bed and how to really enjoy every single morning (working out, meditating, having breakfast, etc.). I can recommend this book to anyone who wants to boost their productivity and live a more relaxed and ultimately happy life.

I selected this book for it's health points. The author has good points and references on the physical, mental and biological connections of how proper and improper rest affect our sleeping patterns as well as our waking hours. I've always been an early riser and understand how in being so makes for a very productive day. I really appreciate the manner in which the author explains the benefits of good foods vs bad foods and how it impact sleep and our health. The in-depth information proved in the book is excellent. information such as; the make-up of sleep, what impacts sleep, determining if you're a night owl or a lark, and so many other imports areas that are talked about in the book,which are not reflected in the title. I appreciate the length and easy read of the book to include the illustrations. I highly recommend this book to others.

I highly recommend this to anyone that struggles with sleep in anyway. Filled with research and studies along side tactics to help you sleep better, fuller and get more out of your day.

I really appreciated the inspiring stories of people that use some of these ideas. As well as the list of foods that help you sleep avoiding the pharmaceutical chemicals I used in the past.

Great guide with solid information that is sure to help what ever your sleep situation is.

Imagine that just getting the right amount of sleep at the right times can greatly improve your productivity. It has to be one of the easiest changes you can make, and it can have a huge impact on your life.
