The original NanoStation is the benchmark for the world's first and efficient outdoor broadband CPE. The new NanoStation M and the NanoStation Loco M adopt this concept with a redesigned slim design and sleek appearance.
The most common application area of the Nano Station M5 are point to multipoint applications for networks in 5.4 GHz. Here the NSM5 plays the role of the CPE device (customer device). The NSM5 is powerful enough to be used for point to point solutions. The 2nd Ethernet port an important role = ideal for IP cameras.
Now IP cameras can be set up without a network cable up to 1 km away.
