This digital boxed set includes the first three books of the Three Girls series. Includes Three Girls and a Baby, Three Girls and a Wedding, and Three Girls and a Leading Man.

Don't miss the follow-up novels: The Truth About Ever After (A Three Girls Book) and the brand new Three Girls and a New Beginning.

Ginny McKensie's life is spiraling out of control.

Finished with college, she should have been planning her wedding. After all, Ginny and Josh were made for each other—everyone said so. Except the love of her life didn't agree.

Now Ginny is back in her hometown, unwillingly single, and stuck in a dead-end job. When she discovers she's pregnant, Ginny is convinced her life is ending. Instead of planning a future with Josh, she's learning the truth about morning sickness, juggling bills, and seeing just how far designer jeans can stretch.

Her life-plan never included dating again (not even with her too-hot new boss), or being a single mother at 23. Now, with the help of her best friends, Annie and Jen, Ginny must try to re-imagine—and rebuild—a life she never wanted.

Jen Campbell loves weddings. In fact, she loves them so much that she became an event planner in the hopes that she would one day get the chance to help women create the fairy tale day of their dreams...Unfortunately, the only thing Jen has been allowed to plan so far are boring restaurant openings and children's birthday parties.

When Jen’s big break finally comes, she realizes that wedding planning is a heck of a lot more complicated than picking out the perfect flowers and cake.

Add to the chaos a pair of fighting friends, a totally pressuring mother, and a ridiculously gorgeous (but moody) best man, and Jen has her work cut out for her.

In Three Girls and a Wedding, Jen Campbell will try to plan the perfect wedding and maybe—just maybe—create her very own happily-ever-after.

Annie Duncan has never put much stock in true love. Sure, she loves dating, but she gets more than her share of drama working as a struggling actress—she can live without the romantic kind, thank you very much.

Instead, Annie focuses her energy on her two best friends, Jen and Ginny. And now that she finally appears to be getting her big break, Annie couldn’t be happier with the way things are going. When she meets Nate during a weekend away in Vegas, she figures she'll just have an exhilarating fling—even if he is totally adorable and clearly into her. But when Annie finds herself falling for Nate, she's faced with a choice she never wanted to make.

In Three Girls and a Leading Man, Annie Duncan attempts to chase her dreams and keep her heart under control. Her heart, however, may have different ideas!

Somewhat spoilerish
A cute, engaging series of stories. A nice twist of having each book from a different girl's perspective. I recommend the trilogy for a light read. I did find it a little eye-rolling that the only happy outcome for each girl was to be with a man, rather than being happy on her own, but it wouldn't be a romance series without that, would it?

Ginny is by far the most appealing of the three girls. She's neurotic, insecure, and emotional. But she knows her own faults and is the only one of the girls to actually mature and grow up over the course of the stories. Annie is downright unlikeable, being far too hard on her friends and snarky and rude to those outside their precious circle. They all have mommy/daddy issues to the extreme, which are never really resolved or even worked on much. The men in the books are far more likeable than the women. But all in all, it remains a steady-paced read, albeit with few surprises, that kept me entertained for a few days.

I do recommend stopping with book 3, as book 4 very much ruins all three girls, in my opinion.

In the first installment of the Three Girls series, the spotlight is on Ginny. I really loved this book! The story flowed so well and never lagged and I loved that all of the scenes were so brief. I flew through the book in two days with a full time job and a busy social schedule! The author's voice is great and the writing was simple - it wasn't "fancy" but it got the point across and I felt like I was being told a story by a friend. The dialogue was hilarious at times and I loved the chemistry between Ginny, Jen and Annie. I liked that all three friends were very distinguishable and it was obvious the author put effort into characterization. I also thought the way she dealt with flashbacks worked. I often don't like books that flip between past and present but it worked in this story. And as far as the romantic element was concerned? It turned out EXACTLY how I wanted it to. Will definitely read more of the series - not sure when I will get to it but it is a "when" and not an "if" for sure. - 5 stars

In the second installment of the Three Girls series, the spotlight is on Jen. Of Jen, Ginny, and Annie, Jen is the most Type A and loves to plan things. Since she's an event planner, it's a good thing. When Jen is asked to assist on the wedding of socialite Kiki Barber, it could mean huge things for her career and she's determined to help throw the wedding of the year. She's also determined to organize Ginny's wedding to Josh. Unfortunately, Jen is working herself into the ground and despite her go-getter nature, things don't go as planned. Will her career dreams be shattered? Will her two best friends have her back or will she lose them too? And what's up with the gorgeous best man sending her mixed messages? I became a huge fan of Schurig after reading Three Girls and a Baby. I love her writing style and her characters were so much fun and so real. I loved Ginny so much and feared that I wouldn't like Part 2 as much. I was wrong. I absolutely loved this book. And call me fickle, but I think I might like Jen even more than Ginny! The romance in this one was cute and although I think the relationship conflict could have been stronger, I devoured this book and highly recommend. 5 stars

In this third installment of the Three Girls series, the spotlight is on Annie. Now that both of her besties (Jen and Ginnie) are settled into relationships, Annie is the only single one. An aspiring actress, being single never bothered Annie before. In fact, she preferred to keep her relationships with men casual unlike her more sappy buddies. We find out in this installment that it's really fear that is holding Annie back from falling in love. Watching her mother lose herself after her father left them resulted in Annie vowing to never give a man power over her happiness. But will Nate, the fling from Las Vegas who won't go away, be strong enough to break down her walls? I am a big fan of Rachel Schurig. Her writing is seamless and she manages to combine humor and serious issues into her stories in such a way that I find myself laughing and choking up constantly. This book was no exception. Although it was my least favorite of the series because Annie wasn't always very likeable, I would still recommend this novel to all fans of chick lit. 4 stars
5.0 von 5 Sternen I fell in love with this boxed set! 14. Februar 2014

My youngest daughter graduates from college in May. I recommended that she check with her department and make sure everything was okay. She called me and proudly told me what went wrong and how she fixed it after talking to her long time boyfriend. I was proud of her, but I thought about how much growing up she would have to do after college. Three Girls is a boxed set of Three Girls and a Baby, Three Girls and a Wedding and Three Girls and a Leading Man. The books center around three long time girlfriends who escaped their dysfunctional family by becoming their own family. Ginny and Annie grew up on the same street and were joined in high school by Jen. After college and Ginny's horrible breakup they all move in together. Ginny's boyfriend won't quit texting or calling her and one day when everyone is out, they hook up. He still says he does not think they are good for each other, so Ginny grows a spine and tells him not to contact her for a while so she can get over them. Morning sickness hits poor Ginny and her girls buy her a pregnancy test. The positive pregnancy test launches her into a "Top Chef" marathon, which is strange because she can't cook. Ginny decides to keep the baby, but gets fired from her Nanny job. She finds another at a book store where she is happy and starts to feel good about herself. The girls nag her to tell Josh and when she finally works up the nerve, his phone number has been disconnected. She gets through it all with Jen and Annie. The labor scenes were hilarious, because they are eating in a gay bar and she refuses to believe she is in labor. The pregnancy gave her a chance to become the person she used to be and not be this needy person she had become. Complications with Josh's parents and the reappearance of Josh give Ginny lots of things to decide.

The books continue with Jen getting to do the wedding of her dreams, while planning Ginny's wedding. She works herself into a coma and then messes up the date of Ginny's wedding when the couple changed the date to get a cheaper rate on the honeymoon while they didn't quite have all of her attention. The last book deals with actress Annie's lack of fulfillment in her job. Kiki, the bride in the big wedding Jen was doing, got her rich dad to give them a small loan to open an event planning business of their own. Her dad is opening up a nightclub aimed at their age customer and gives them a plush trip to Vegas to do research on what makes a club a hit. Annie meets a guy with a Detroit ballcap on who is there with a bachelor's party. He and Annie really connect, but Annie does not do relationships especially with an engineer. A movie star from Detroit comes back and produces plays and Annie finally lands a major role. The play is a hit and goes to Chicago and then to New York. Will Annie follow fame or love?

I have always been a reader and I do not lean on other people, they seem to lean on me. I loved these characters and wished I had had friends that close when I was that age. They all grew past the things you have to deal with when you are finally on your own by always being there for each other. They kept each other sane and gave baby Danny a circle of love to make him feel safe when they were scared to death themselves. These are the kind of friends you will never lose through thick or thin. The humor is as good as the characters and the comedic timing. If you are looking for some " Mind Meth " this is the box set for you. I bought the last Three Girls book today and it is called " The Truth about Ever After " and I also recommend finishing your Three Girls experience with it.

This is three books in one and contain the stories Three Girls and a Wedding Three Girls and a Baby Three Girls and a Leading Man

I bought it based on the many good reviews for each book and because this trilogy cost the same as only one of the books. I'm really glad I did and I raced through the entire trilogy in a day.

I'm not going to review each book as there are so many great reviews of the books individually here on Amazon, which you can read if you want. I merely want to highly recommend this great read and suggest that you buy it!

The first story about a girl who made lots of mistakes trying to hold something she already had. A person who needed to understand who she is before she could be the person her man loved and the friends who supported her.
The second story about a girl who did everything in order to please others who found a guy who wanted her for who she is and her friends who helped her understand that family comes first. She learns that she can have the job, family, friends, and
the guy she loves by be just herself.
The third story is about a girl who sees her friends have something she never thought was possible to have. She has always gone it alone with just her girl friends, done without the boyfriend. Then she finds a guy who is fun, kind, really gets her that she tries to run off, but keeps coming back until she figures out he's a keeper and she doesn't have to leave home to be a success. I loved these three stories about three friends who lived as a family and found not only love, but themselves. Lots of cussing, but good stories.
