This book offers a crystal clear introduction into meditation. In most books, the term meditation is only briefly explained (if at all). Here, the author gives you a comprehensive explanation, illuminating the concept from various perspectives. And it goes beyond this topic. It is also about acceptance of one's self, acceptance of life and the pain it involves and the path one could additionally tread, i.e. metta meditation, or loving kindness.
