DESCRIPTION: Excellent silver-based adhesive, electrically conductive. Used for creating an electric conductivity on electronic and electromechanical components, links, contacts of printed circuit boards for for devices such as amplifiers, transistors, computers, radios and television. Indispensable to repair broken windshields heating circuits. Resistant to changing weather conditions (rain, snow, frost). ******* Please note: this adhesive can not stick the joints by itself and replace soldering the parts. ******* HOW TO USE: Bonded surfaces should be cleaned, degreased and dry thoroughly. Before use, mix the contents of the container by vigorous shaking the bottle. Apply to the prepared surface with a thin layer of adhesive, using the included brush, which accurately distribute particles of silver. Applying the adhesive using another tool can reduce its electrical conductivity. The best effect of electrical conductivity is achieved by applying several layers of glue at short time intervals after drying the previous layer (after approx 10-12 minutes). The conductivity of the adhesive is obtained after 8-24 hours (depending on ambient temperature and humidity). Yield is about 1 g/cm2 surface.

Ich hab mir diesen Artikel gekauft um einen abgegangenen Kontakt von der Scheibe wieder anzubringen, bzw. einen Kontakt zwischen einem Kupferkabel und dem Kontakt herzustellen. Hat super funktioniert. Ich hab den losen Kontakt auf selbstklebenden Kupferband gelötet und diesen an die Scheibe geklebt. Mit dem Silberleitlack gab es dann den erforderlichen Kontakt und die Scheiben Heizung funktioniert nun wieder. Leider trennt sich der Feststoff von der Flüssigkeit im Glas. Vermutlich durch lange Lagerung. Durch schütteln verbindet es sich auch nicht wieder wirklich. Mann muss es zusammen rühren, dadurch bleibt sehr viel am Pinsel hängen. Also bei einer solch kleinen Menge nicht unerheblich, darum einen Stern Abzug. Ansonsten tut es was es soll.

Es wurde benötigt um einen abgelösten Kontakt der Heckscheibenheizung wieder zu befestigen.
Auch wenn die Lieferung sehr schnell ging war es leider nicht möglich den abgelösten Kontakt damit wieder zu befestigen.
Der Kleber wurde nicht fest und härtete nicht aus.
Auch durch die Fixierung mit einem Klebeband und einer Aushärtungsdauer von 24 Stunden löste sich der Kontakt von selbst.

Leider kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben und habe mir mehr versprochen

Hallo ich musste ca 6 cm meines Heitzdrahtes an der Heckscheibenheizun überbrücken .. Habe die Stellen vorab gut gereinigt und ober sowie unterhalb des defekten Drahtes mit Kreppband genau abgeklebt . Leitsilber gut durch schütteln !! Dann erste Schicht mir Pinsel aufgetragen . (achtet darauf daß das Leitsilber Kontakt zum Heizdraht überlappt )Habe es ca 10 min trocknen lassen ,dann nächste Schicht Und das 4 bis 5 mal .. . Habe es dann 4 Stunden trocknen lassen und dann ganz langsam und vorsichtig Klebeband abgezogen .24 Stunden aushärten lassen. Und siehe da . Heizung funktionierte wieder perfekt. Also bei mir sieht man kaum was. Etwas geschick benötigt man,aber man bekommt es gut hin .

Worked like a charm for repairing the degraded conductors on the membrane connector of my IBM Model M.

It is not glue. It is paint. When fully dry it is quite friable and has no strength; it could not be used successfully even as weak glue, but as paint it works a treat.

It begins to dry very fast, and becomes too thick to brush within a minute or so of dipping the brush, so you have to be a bit quick and use only the tiniest amount at a time. But you only need the tiniest amount anyway, so that's not much of a problem.

Do not be alarmed if you still measure a high resistance immediately after putting it on. The resistivity drops slowly over the period after application, and it takes maybe half an hour or so for it to become fully conductive.
