I am not saying that I am not doing it sometimes, but this someone who is close to my heart, often do it many times than me. Me myself sometimes feel lazy of doing my tasks done, I mean it's natural to us human beings. I prefer to read this book because I want to stop procrastination or laziness as soon as possible or minimize it at least for myself and for my partner. There are several reasons that trigger people to become lazy. One of the basic reasons that triggers procrastination is stress. If we are stressed out physically and emotionally, we really find it hard to think properly. And for this, we lack motivation to do our task. The good thing is, it's not too late, we can always change for the better. And we must start now. This book suggests techniques and tips how to overcome laziness and procrastination. There are 10 given from this book, but of course we can add any idea from our own perspectives that will always prevent us from being lazy. Since nobody is perfect, let's go away from perfectionism. It will not help us. Instead, it can be a contributing factor to procrastinate. This book gives me so much I ask for. It lets me feel that laziness can be prevented and stopped. And the right time is now.

There are tips like breaking down things into smaller tasks, keeping calm, taking breaks, and other obvious ones, but others stood out to be more original.
