After not running for several years I have started running again. I know that I am not alone in my quest for get back into shape. There are a lot of us out there. My goal is going to write about the running tips that I am experiencing that have helped and continue to help me get back into running. I hope that you enjoy this book and find it helpful.
Much of the information in this book can be found online and at any number of resources. However, I have put a lot of thought and time into putting my experiences in this book in the hopes that someone is able to get the same experiences that I have out of it. I hope to inspire someone to start or restart running…again!
