Smoothies are the perfect way to increase our intake of fruits, vegetables and herbs. Because of the variety of fruits and vegetables, smoothie recipes are also ideal for fussy eaters. They can also be taken to the next level with the addition of herbs for natural remedies. Smoothies provide an instant energy boost, are packed full of goodness and relatively quick and cheap to prepare. This means that smoothies are playing an increasingly important role in the everyday life of many homes.
