This book surprised me with some really good information. I'm not sure what I expected, but I was certainly pleased by what I found. Their were sections about the Top 10 things we're doing wrong, which I liked a lot and then there was a section about the Top 10 things to do, along with other sections. Whether you're managing a sales team or simply want to work on your own ability to sale, this is a great resouce. I was also surprised by the opening chapter about introverts and sales. No one wants to be "salesy" if that's a word, and most of us consider ourselves to be introverts, especially when it comes to the sales process. So yes, this book applies to anyone!

The book is short and to the point, which is nice; it's not overly bloated and condescending. There's even a "seven step system" to really getting into selling whatever it is you want to sell. I think it's really helpful that the book even gives attention to introverts and people that aren't keen on extended social reaction-- with the tips in the book, even they can be good at (and enjoy) sales.
