This richly detailed, well considered world is the part that is most surprising here. If you know Harald Belker's work, you already expect top tier concept art, but the well crafted vision of the future takes his concepts to another level. The drama and human stories woven into the complete rules for this futuristic racing series combined with a tangible view of the future come together to create a world that any sci-fi or racing fan would love to visit.
If you're into futurism, racing, sci-fi, or just want to see some fantastically imaginative concept art, this book is highly recommended.
The artwork in this book is incredibly cool, from cover to cover. The author presents the future of racing in a way that I don't think I've ever quite seen before, and yet it still seems very believable and realistic. It's obvious that a lot of time and research was put into the technology aspect here. In other words, it's not just pretty pictures, although again, the artwork is stunning. There's a cool story as well, so I can definitely see this getting turned into a movie, which would be inanely cool. So much better than Speed Racer lol.
So in summary, if you're a fan of technology or cars or racing, or just really cool artwork, you NEED to buy this book.
