I would have liked a deeper delve into suggested mental techniques to use to achieve greater motivation.
I hate required numbers of words for a review.

5.0 von 5 Sternen As a Recovering Diabetic who lost weight and came off my medication, I totally love this book! 1. Januar 2014
Von Orenda Warren - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verifizierter Kauf
I enjoyed this book and would recommend it to my family and friends and to anyone seeking a comprehensive, well outlined course of action to get on the health track. I appreciate the thought that went into this scientific based model and the fact that it is based on stages. This makes me feel like I can manage it. I also feel this book is important because it is not just about getting my body strong but also helping me reduce stress. I totally love the information on how to feel good (better) as I work a full time job and also own and operate a small charity. If you are a Diabetic like me, even if you are still on your medications, I would suggest you peruse this interesting piece of literature and add it to your arsenal to stay healthy and balanced.

4.0 von 5 Sternen Very inspiring! 13. August 2014
Von Heather Erickson - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Kindle Edition Verifizierter Kauf
I really enjoyed the this book. Rather than being a book about fitness, it inspires one to strive for fitness. There are many ideas as to how to make exercise more enjoyable, as well as ways to ensure a continued desire to be fit. The author was knowledgeable about the subject, and looked at several different aspects of fitness psychology. I appreciated that this book could be enjoyed by anyone from someone new to exercise to the marathoner.
