Funktioniert mit der richtigen Library tadellos und ist relativ einfach anzusprechen.
Die Reichweite ist der Preisklasse entsprechend, die Tags (auch andere, als die mitgelieferten) zeigen aber keine Ausfälle.

Einzig und alleine hatte ich Probleme, als ich 2 Kartenleser an einen Arduino hängte, da ging tlw. gar nichts mehr... Ob es nun an der Stromversorgung oder an der Kabellänge hing, konnte ich nicht herausfinden.
Grundsätzlich kann man aber sehr einfach mehr als einen Leser anschließen.

Das Paket wurde so schnell geliefert, dass ich mich frage, wie das geht - buchstäblich am nächsten Tag. Lieferumfang: Platine, zwei Leisten (gewinkelt und gerade) zum anlöten, eine Transponder-Karte und ein Transponder Schlüsselanhänger. Ich wollte mit einem ATMega32 auf die Karte zugreifen, also etwas Code von GitHub geholt, angepasst, geflasht und schon konnte ich die Seriennummern der Transponder auslesen. Die Karte meldet sich als Version 0x11, was nicht erkannt wird (Mifare RC522v2 wäre 0x92, Mifare RC522v1 wäre 0x90 oder 0x91), aber dafür ist es ja auch ein Nachbau. Leseentfernung bei der Scheckkarte bis 15mm, beim Schlüsselanhänger etwas weniger. Für wenig Geld ein nettes Teil zum experimentieren. Daumen hoch.
Und weil die Frage kam: man kann mit der Karte lesen (logisch) und schreiben.

Das Modul scheint einen Wackelkontakt zu haben. Die rote LED flackert. Die Tags werden nicht erkannt. Habe mir ein 2. Modul bestellt. Das funktioniert eingeschränkt. Es werden nur Checkkarten-Tags erkannt, die Schlüsselanhänger nicht. Außerdem kommen oft Fehlermeldungen "AUTH ERROR!! AUTH ERROR(status2reg & 0x08) != 0" aber anschließend wird dann die Kartenummer doch angezeigt. Nicht sehr zuverlässig !
