I am always looking for new recipes that will help our family eat healthier, and this one gave me quite a few options to try that were new to us. We do not have any gluten allergies in our family, but we do have friends who do, and it is nice to have some recipes that are tasty and safe for them to eat. Our family favorite is the "Sex Smoothie for Men", but it is not just for men, because everyone needs more natural vitamins and antioxidants in their diet. The recipe is so easy to make (the easiest recipe by far our of my collection) and does not require a lot of ingredients. Also, this recipe is great because you can use different fruits and juices to make new flavor combinations depending on what everyone likes. I added some frozen raspberries that I had in my freezer from last summer's harvest. I am so glad I got this recipe book.

As part of my total health overhaul, I’ve been working on my eating habits for a while now. I have to say - trying to remove gluten from my diet has been the biggest challenge. This book takes the challenge out of it by providing recipes that are already gluten-free – meaning I no longer have to take a recipe and try to figure out what I need to substitute and just hope for the best. I was surprised to find that not only are these recipes good, many of them are better than things I used to eat. So, it’s a win-win for me. My favorite so far is the Gluten Free Almond Berry Coffee Cake. Delicious. Great book for those trying to go gluten free!

My doctor put me on a gluten free diet. I didn’t think I could do it. Let’s just say it was not going well at all until I decided to get some recipe books to make it easier on myself. This was one of them and it’s a winner. I haven’t had the chance to try all the recipes yet, but the ones I have really made this journey pleasant. I even fed them to my kids and they liked them! I especially loved the Crab Scramble Casserole so far. And Gluten free brownies that actually taste good – who knew? This book has a great variety of starter recipes for all categories – entrees, breakfasts, desserts. Recommend.

As someone who can't resist high carb, fatty and tasty food, this book is a savior for me. Not only am I eating healthier but I feel better and don't have cravings for fast food anymore. My personal favorites are the Sautéed Shrimp and Spinach and Gluten-Free-Wild Salmon with Rosemary Sweet Potatoes and Lemon Asparagus. Highly recommend this to anyone who wants to eat healthy and tasty food.
