I learned about intervals last year and incorporated them in my running program. For the first time I was able to do a century in under 5 hrs, so I know they work. Get ready though because they hurt! a good way.

I got this book to understand more of why they worked and more tips on how to do them. This book does not dissapoint, I am motivated to keep it up. Very good information! Short and to the point.

A lot of other self-help books are wordy for the sake of filling up pages. This ebook is brief and informative, and actually had some info I did not know. I'm a runner, I've done many 5Ks and a few half-marathons, and I will start interval training soon.

The book describes several HIIT methods, doscusses the reasons for using each program, and explains the rational behind them. I felt like this book helped me understand what HIIT program to use and why, and also when I might want to switch to a different HIIT program.

Yes, you can find the same info on the internet but let's be honest: spending hours researching a subject doesn't make sense when you can spend 1 or 2 bucks on the ebook that is right in front of you.

Since my initial review (and now that the snow has finally melted) I have started HIIT and am confident I will see results. :)

I really enjoyed reading this book. Before, I hadn't really heard of the effectiveness of high intensity interval training methods to get in better shape. Jogging can take up a lot of time, which I don't always have during a busy week. The training methods described in this book allow you to exercise for shorter periods of time whilst attaining the same and even better results than moderate intensity exercises.

I like how this book describes several different training methods for high intensity interval training and instructs the reader well how to perform exercises while minimizing the risk of injury. The book also includes very useful workouts for beginning, intermediate and advanced athletes. I will start with the beginner's workouts, but look forward to moving up to the more intense workouts at some point!

Once again, Marc explains in layman's words what to do to get in better shape in a minimum amount of time.
Everybody is quite busy these days, right ?

He depicts several concrete methods to obtain the advantages of HIIT. Whether your goal is to burn more fat or improve your condition, a lot of inspiration can be found in this book.

To wrap it up, it doesn't matter if you're a beginner or already advanced, Marc has something for everyone.
