Functional, great keyboard with one small issue...

This is a pretty good keyboard, decent features and longevity but it has one slight issue, it isn't the UK version, it's the US one. Also after 5 years the volume control no longer functions.

Rotierender Audio Regler!

Die Rezension bezieht sich auf die QWERTZ (DE) Version die ich leider nicht mehr habe.

Eine Tastatur mit der ich fast Wunschlos glücklich war. Spitze fand ich den Audio Regler mit dem man zackig die Lautstärke wecheln konnte.
Der Druckpunkt war gut, die Tasten leise.

Kurz, sie hat einfach Funktioniert.
Einzig was mich gestört hatte, war die Standard Belegung der F Tasten mit einer FN Funktion von Logitech. Diese habe ich damals in der Software manuell auf die eigentliche F1-F12 Belegung umstellen müssen da sie bei neustart immer in ihren FN modus ging. War das einmal erledigt war die Tastatur einfach nur Spitze. Hätte Logitech das nicht gemacht hätte ich ihr auch die vollen 5 Sterne gegeben.

Ich wollte mir diese wieder kaufen doch leider hat sich Logitech entschieden die Produktion einzustellen - Schade.

Ich wollte eine Tastatur, die geschmeidige Tasten, eine große Eingabetaste und möglichst mediatasten hat. Hört sich eigentlich nicht soo anspruchsvoll an, dachte ich. Stellte sich dann jedoch als gar nicht so einfach heraus. Mit dieser Tastatur habe ich alles was ich wollte bekommen und ich bin echt zufrieden. Das einzige was mir nicht bewusst war, ist, dass es sich um ein britisches Model handelt und somit keine Umlaute oder sz aufweist. Das heißt jedoch nicht, dass man diese Zeichen aus seinem Wortschatz streichen muss. Es gibt sie, nur dass sie nicht auf den Tasten als solche gekennzeichnet sind. aber wenn man einigermaßen fit ist im Tippen, weiß man ja wo sie sind. Dafür dass sie etwas günstiger als die deutsche Version war, nehme ich das gerne in Kauf, da ich auch nicht all zu viel Geld ausgeben wollte.
Hervorzuheben ist auch noch das Lautstärkeregelungs-Rädchen, was ich sehr praktisch und obendrein auch optisch ansehnlich finde, zumal sich diese Tastatur dadurch von anderen abhebt. Also alles in allem eine gute günstige Tastatur, an der ich bis jetzt noch nichts auszusetzen habe;-)
wen die Umstellung auf britische Tasten nicht stört, kann meiner meinung nach nicht viel falsch machen.

Bought this keyboard back in 2013 and still working fine. Nothing particularly flashy or special about it so does not go beyond expectations (hence not 5-Stars) but nothing to complain about in terms of use or functionality.

Keyboard layout makes sense and is easy to get used to. Volume wheel is a nice addition to give both very quick and modulated volume control as opposed to buttons which can either only do one or the other. Mute button could do with being somewhat bigger though.

I love it for the most part but not all of the function buttons work. Like the microsoft word and microsoft excel buttons, I can't seem to make those work. Also any button where you have set the option to open a specific webpage (and therefore also the 'internet search' button) don't work.

The calculator button works though. Yay. XD

The regular normal kwyboard buttons all work fine of course, so it does the job. Just a shame that the functionallity is a little limited.

Bought this keyboard mainly because I was looking for a keyboard with hotkeys, instead of just a basic one. You need to install the driver that comes with the keyboard to get the hotkeys to work with your computer but it only takes a minute and now everything works perfectly.

The keys are lovely and quiet which is great for heavy-handed typists like me! The volume dial is brilliant as my speakers are hooked up to my hi-fi and having to constantly change the volume on the hi-fi itself was getting to be a pain. If you have speakers with a dial then I don't think it would be much of a benefit but it certainly helps with my current set-up.

The only thing I would say is that it's a rather flat keyboard compared to many others I've used, even when it's propped up on the feet underneath, but every keyboard is different and it's not really that difficult to get used to.

Overall it's quiet, sturdy, and easy to use.

I read some of the negative reviews before I bought this but thought, "what the hell, at this price I can afford a punt". Yes the layout is a bit different to some other keyboards but I soon got used to that. Set-up was simple and it is very responsive. The hot-keys work well and again are easy to set up. I like being able to easily control the volume as I switch from speakers to headphones. I reckon this is a good keyboard at a great price.
