Lisa Fuchs, born in Sweden 1974, has a background in art and photography and has been a passionate baker since childhood. She started writing about grain free baking on her blog Lieselathome.com in 2012 and is a regular contributor to the online magazine CLEW.lu.
The recipes are mostly inspired by her Scandinavian background but the main focus is always health and simplicity. Lisa Fuchs, her German husband and their two children, have spent the last 14 years living in various European countries as well as in the Middle East. Currently you will find them in the small European country Luxembourg.
