For the 3. time since I bought my Lenovo Yoga Pro notebook (8 months ago) I have to send it back to the Lenovo repair service! This time the repairs were not even carried out. My laptop with the faulty touch pad was diagnosed as having problems to boot-up. Huh? The diagnose of the repair report did not match the problems of my notebook. And that after so many calls to the Lenovo service center, a letter (in German) explaining in clear language what the issue is. Why spend more of my time trying to help them solve their problem? I learned in today's service center call, that the repairs are carried out by people who don't even read German - so why did I bother? The agents in the call center are so unfriendly and unable to help find a solution or offer a word of apology. I asked to speak to a manager and the clerk flatly refused! I will never again put myself in the position of buying online and being stuck with terrible customer service. If I could, I'd give the #### thing back to Amazon and demand my money back! From now on, I buy local!
