Genial - keine Latenz!
Mit diesem Konverterkabel war es mir erstmalig möglich mit meinem NI B4D Drawbar Controller(Baujahr 2004) unter Windows 10 64bit (1809) sowohl die VB3 und VB3-II Software(Tonewheel Organ Simulator) als auch NI Kontakt5(Vintage Organs) anzusteuern, was mir mit anderen, teureren Adaptern vorher nicht gelungen war. Das Ganze funktioniert auch unter Cubase 9.5 Pro. Dieser Konverter ist auch in der Lage die MIDI-Merge Signale des NI B4D zu verarbeiten. Und das Ganze bei null Latenz!

    Ich wollte mein schon etwas älteres Masterkeyboard FATAR 1176 mit meinem PC (HP m9090.de, ca. 4 Jahre alt, Standard-PC, WIN7, 64 Bit) über einen MIDI-USB-Adapter verbinden, um ein SW-Piano (Galaxy Vintage D) anzusteuern. Ich habe mich für den LOGILINJK USB to MIDI Adapter entschieden, weil er deutlich kostengünstiger als alle Konkurrenzprodukte war und ist. Für den Fall, dass er nicht funktionieren sollte, wäre der finanzielle Verlust für mich erträglich gewesen. Der Adapter kam in seiner Plastikhülle mit der Briefpost. Negativ viel mir auf, dass keine Beschreibung bzw. Anleitung dabei lag und das, was auf dem Plastikbeutel aufgedruckt ist, war für mich selbst mit Lupe kaum zu lesen. Der Adapter hat eine USB-Schnittstelle, eine MIDI-IN und eine MIDI-THROUGH(out)-Schnittstelle. Ich habe das Teil einfach zwischen MIDI-Schnittstelle und USB-Schnittstelle meiner Geräte angeschlossen. Der PC hat sofort "Neue HW" gemeldet und Treiber geladen. Der aktive Betriebszustand wird durch eine rote LED signalisiert. Ich habe die Tasten des Keyboards gedrückt und alles hat sofort wie gewünscht funktioniert. Keine Latenz beim Spielen auf dem Keyboard durch das LOGILINK-Interface feststellbar bzw. keine sonstigen Probleme. Alles bestens zu einem konkurrenzlos niedrigen Preis. Eine Bedienungsanleitung ist nicht erforderlich. Aus meiner Sicht sehr zu empfehlen.

    Hab damit mein Keyboard/Synthesizer von Korg an LMMS und FL Studio angeschlossen. Da ich Anfänger bin hab ich überhaupt keine Ahnung von irgendwas, so lief es ab:
    LMMS: Da ich nur die Standarttreiber einstellen kann (weiß nicht warum) kann man gut aufnehmen, wenn man das Keyboard hören will, ist aber eine hörbare Latenz vorhanden. Zu große Latenz um Spass zu haben. Die Aufnahmen sind aber ohne Latenz.

    FL Studio: Erstmal das gleiche. Mit den richtigen Einstellungen im Audio Menü funktionierte es sehr gut (aber tausende Oberruns was auch immer das ist, anscheind nicht gut?!)
    Dann hab ich entdeckt, dass ich hier ein ASIO Treiber auswählen kann.
    >> SPITZE! Damit null Latenz und top Klang und Aufnahmen.

    Mit der richtigen Einstellung funktioniert das Kabel top (Windows 7, alte onboard Soundkarte). Für ca. 6 Euro unschlagbar!

    Ob es bei billigen Midi Keyboards auch so klappt weiß ich nicht.

    PS: "In" muss in "Out" und andersrum.

    Ich war auf der Suche nach einer preiswerten Lösung, um ein Keyboard per MIDI an mein Mac Book Pro anschließen zu können. Also fiel die Wahl auf dieses Interface.

    Es ist keine Installation erforderlich, man steckt das Interface in den USB Port und kann es direkt nutzen. Dies ist bei MAC OS so und sollte genau so auch auf Windows funktionieren.

    Die Stecker an sich sind nicht wirklich hochwertig und insgesamt erinnert alles eher an billiges China-Equipment(ein Stern Abzug), aber das Wichtigste ist, dass es ohne Probleme funktioniert und macht es auch.
    Die drei LEDs zeigen jeweils eingehende und ausgehende Daten an, und dazu gibt es noch eine Power LED.

    Die Länge von 2 Metern ist für mich etwas zu kurz, fließt aber natürlich nicht in die Bewertung mit ein, da mir die Länge vor dem Kauf bekannt war.

    In Anbetracht von Preis und Leistung bin ich doch sehr zufrieden. Ich wollte eine preiswerte Alternative zu einem professionellen MIDI-Interface, welche ich hiermit gefunden habe.

    Ich bin begeistert von dem MIDI Adapter, den ich für die Verbindung meines älteren Keyboards mit meinem PC für die Musikproduktion verwende. Der Adapter ist sehr einfach zu "installieren" - einfach den Midi Teil mit dem Keyboard und das USB-Ende mit dem PC verbinden.

    Der Adapter bietet eine schnelle und zuverlässige Verbindung zwischen meinem Keyboard und meinem Computer und ermöglicht mir, meine kreativen Ideen in der Musikproduktion umzusetzen. Die Latenzzeit ist sehr gering, so dass ich die Tasten auf meinem Keyboard nahezu in Echtzeit spielen und aufnehmen kann. Die Kompatibilität mit verschiedenen DAWs (ich verwende FL Studio) ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

    Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit meinem Kauf und würde diesen Adapter jedem empfehlen, der ein älteres Keyboard oder andere MIDI-fähige Geräte für die Musikproduktion an einen Computer anschließen möchte.

    Je cherchais un moyen pour connecter un ancien synthé Yamaha à mon Mac. J'avais bien des câbles mais ceux-ci ne pouvaient être branchés tel quel. J'ai donc trouvé cet adaptateur. Le prix est très bon. Oui ce n'est pas du matériel de pro, incassable pour utiliser dans des concerts, etc. Donc j'en prend soin pour ne pas le casser; mais dans mon cas, je voulais juste de quoi piloter un logiciel de musique (GarageBand) via mon synthé. Et si on tient compte de la notice qui explique très bien comment connecter les câbles : cela a fonctionné directement. Aucun problème.
    Je n'entend aucune latence.
    Polyphonique : on peut jouer plusieurs notes en même temps.
    Livraison : temps annocé assez long au départ mais en fin de compte livré bien avant la date prévue donc je suis satisfait.
    Conclusion : pour application débutant à la maison : je recommande.

    Prima di comprare il cavo ero molto dubbioso, in quanto avevo letto molte recensioni negative, e lo sono rimasto fin quando ho provato il cavo: funziona una meraviglia! Usando il driver asio4all si minimizza la latenza, quindi si può usare la tastiera midi senza alcun problema. Ho provato il cavo sia come midi out (dalla tastiera invio segnali al computer) sia midi in (il computer manda segnali alla tastiera) e funzionano entrambe. 5 stelle meritatissime

    This is working fine for me. When I first connected it to my Technics piano and XP netbook I had too much lag when trying to playback and record a new track at the same time, but I was using the software synth on the onboard soundcard.

    When I plugged the Midi Out into my old Roland SC7 sound module the latency wasn't noticeable, and I'm very pleased with the results. 5 stars from me at the moment as it seems to do exactly what I need at an excellent price. I've not noticed any dropped notes from chords, and only once have had notes fail to turn off - but I used to get that on occasion with my old serial Midi interface.

    (I did get sent the 'old' adapter with the red/black plugs and the evenly-spaced LEDs.)

    I didn't need to install the ASIO4ALL drivers to resolve this, though I will try this at some point to see if it improves things with the software synth.

    At first I thought I'd done something wrong as I plugged the in and out into their respective ports on my VERY old Casio keyboard to use as a Midi input device in Logic and nothing seemed to work.

    I then swapped the midi ports round so the in port was plugged into out on my keyboard and vice versa. It then worked perfectly, as if it was always meant to be used as a USB Keyboard. No problems with lagging notes or forced monophony as others have written.

    To the people having problems with lagging notes, latency or lack of polyphony, I would suggest checking every setting on your computer/ keyboard/ audio device rather than blaming this product straight away. As far as I can tell this works exactly how it should do.
