Präzisions-Abisolierzange für Spezial-Isolationen

Zwei Messerpaare: Arbeitsteilung für das gewünschte Ergebnis

Die Abisolierzange Knipex 12 12 06 wurde speziell für sehr zähe und harte Isolationsstoffe entwickelt, die fast zur Gänze durchgeschnitten werden müssen, damit sie sich abziehen lassen. Zwei Messerpaare schneiden die Isolation des Kabels auf dem gesamten Umfang ein. Die Formmesser sind hier so geformt und geschnitten, dass der Schnitt sehr nah an den Leiter heranreicht. Nach dem Einschneiden bleibt eines der beiden Messerpaare stehen und hält die angeschnittene Isolation fest. Das andere Messerpaar streift die zu entfernende Isolation vom Kabelende ab.

Längenanschlag für reproduzierbare Abisolierergebnisse

Für wiederholgenaue, d.h. gleichmäßige Abisolierresultate verfügt die Präzisions-Abisolierzange über einen Längenanschlag. Er lässt sich einfach durch Zudrücken und Verschieben einstellen. Damit werden auch bei anspruchsvollen Isolationsstoffen Abisolierergebnisse erzielt, die den Erwartungen an gleichbleibend hohe Standards entsprechen.

Kabel einlegen, Zange zudrücken – Kabel abisoliert

Die Arbeitserleichterung ist bei dieser Abisolierzange unübersehbar groß. Nach dem Einlegen des Kabels erfolgt der gesamte Abisoliervorgang mit einem Händedruck wie von alleine. Präzise und dank Längenanschlag in den Maßen wiederholgenau werden auch schwierig zu bearbeitende Isolationswerkstoffe zuverlässig entfernt: ein Gewinn für Installateure.

    Molte volte mi ritrovo a gestire cavi con isolante molto duro, come ad esempio il teflon e similari ,praticamente impossibile fare una spelatura con le tradizionali pinze, se non si vogliono distruggerle dopo poco ,per questo motivo ho scelto questa pinza che offre un taglio preciso e netto praticamente perfetto . Risulta ottima con tutti i tipi di cavi indipendentemente dal tipo di isolante ,ovviamente non è pratica come quelle ad inserimento frontale che incidono l'isolante soltanto sulla parte superiore ed inferiore ,per cui quest'ultimo viene praticamente strappato e non tagliato con la conseguenza di trovarsi una spelatura non proprio ideale.

    2枚ずつ計4枚のブレードが、固定側被覆/ストリップ側被覆にそれぞれ食い込んで
    引き剥がす、という複雑な構造ですが、これにより難ストリップ材の被覆処理を
    容易に行う事が出来ます。
    尚、元はRENNSTEIGの製品と思われます。
    今ではRENNSTEIGはKNIPEXの子会社ですので、グループ内でOEMを行っている
    模様です。

    利点)
    ・シリコンゴムやPTFE、PFA、FEPなどのストリップし難い被覆や、太い電線の被覆が非常に
    簡単かつ綺麗に処理できます。
    ・固定側被覆をクランプして押さえる一般のストリッパと異なり、滑りやすい被覆がスリップしたり、
    クランプ痕や被覆の引き延ばしといったダメージが発生しません。
    ・被覆の一部分に食い込んで引きちぎるタイプに比べると、少ない力でストリップ出来ます。

    欠点)
    ・ブレード溝が見難く、電線の位置合わせに慣れが必要です。
    ※ ストリップ長を決めるための突き当てストッパが付いていますが、ブレード溝視認の障害に
    なるため、外して使用しています。
    ・狭い場所や電線長に余裕が無い箇所では、作業がし難いかもしれません。
    ・一般的なストリッパに比べて、交換ブレードが高価です。

    These are probably the nicest wire strippers I've ever owned. Excellent action, and so far faultless stripping on pvc, silicon and trs. I could imagine the depth stop breaking if you chuck them about but that's barely an issue. They are definitely right handed, using them in your left hand will reduce accuracy.
