Geeignet für Türrahmen mit einer Öffnung (ca.Türgröße)von 68 cm bis 85 cm. Der Türrahmen sollte oben eineAuflageflächevon mindestens 1 cm haben. Die Türrahmen kann bis zu ca. 8 cm hochund ca. 21 tief sein.

Belastbar bis ca. 120 kg.

Die Stangenenden, die auf dem Türrahmen aufliegen, haben eineGummiabdeckung.

Auch geeignet, um damit Liegestützen zu machen.
