      Ich habe diese Antenne und zwei weitere (Hama DVB-T Zimmerantenne, TV/FM und Strong SRT ANT 10) bestellt, um meinen DVB-T und evtl. auch UKW Empfang in meiner Wohnung zu verbessern.
      In der Wohnung ist ein Koax-Kabel vorhanden, dass ich auch für den Kabelanschluss nehmen könnte. An ein offenes Ende wollte ich die Antenne anklemmen.

      Das funktionierte bei mir mit keiner dieser Antennen. UKW-Empfang war aber mit einer passiven Dipol-Antenne an dem Koax-Kabel der Wohnung einigermaßen möglich, es lag also eher nicht am Kabel.

      Die Kathrein BZD 30 habe ich dann in der Nähe des Receivers positioniert. Von allen 3 getesteten Antennen brachte diese die beste Signalqualität und die Positionierung war deutlich unkritischer. Die Signalstärke war zwar etwas weniger als die der HAMA (mit 40db Verstärkung), aber die Signal- und Bildqualität ist absolut überzeugend und deutlich besser als bei den beiden anderen Antennen.
      Außerdem sieht sie noch relativ passabel im Wohnzimmer aus.

      Ich habe die Hama und Strong Antenne dann zurückgeschickt.

      Wie in vielen anderen Rezensionen schon angesprochen ist hervorzuheben, dass die Antenne auf die Antennenspeisung vom Receiver angewiesen ist. Sie hat KEINEN Eingang für ein externes Netzteil.

      Mein Technisat-Receiver kann diese Antenne aber problemlos versorgen.

      Es gibt sicherlich auch die Möglichkeit, die Antennenspeisung über einen externen Adapter einzubinden, aber dann wird der finanzielle Aufwand doch recht hoch und man sollte lieber zu einem anderen Produkt greifen.

      Ich kann diese Antenne uneingeschränkt für den Indoor-Empfang in schlecht versorgten Gebieten empfehlen, wenn man einen Receiver oder Fernseher mit Antennenspeisung hat. Hier ist die den relativ hohen Preis wirklich Wert!

      Super Bild auf allen Sendern mit dieser Antenne. Nach der Umstellung der Fernsehsignale auf auf das neue DVB-T2 war die alte Dachantenne nicht mehr ausreichend, je nach Wetterlage hatte ich bei manchen Sendern schlechten Empfang. Also habe ich diese Zimmerantenne BZD 30 gekauft. Kathrein ist ein führender Antennenhersteller in Deutschland, da kann man nichts falsch machen. Ich habe sie an die Wand montiert und seitdem keinerlei Empfangsprobleme mehr. Das Antennenkabel ist weiß und fällt auf meiner weißen Rauhfasertapete kaum auf. Die Antenne selbst hat dieses undefinierbare Computergrau, das früher alle Arbeitsplatz-PCs hatten. Na gut, ich bin daran gewöhnt. Ich habe sie fast unter der Zimmerdecke montiert, wo man sie nicht so sieht, Das beiliegende Antennenkabel hat eine Länge von 2 Metern, wegen meiner hohen Altbaudecken (über 3 Meter) hat es gerade so gereicht. Ein längeres Kabel müsste man extra kaufen. Das Antennenkabel habe ich mit 5mm-Kabelschellen befestigt, damit es ordentlich aussieht. Die Kabelschellen sollte man gleich zusammen mit der Antenne bestellen, wenn man sie nicht im Haus hat. Die Antenne wird auf den Wandhalter nur aufgesteckt, den man vorher mit zwei Dübeln an der Wand befestigt. Sie liegen bei. Das ist sehr praktisch, wenn ich die Wand wieder weissen will. Ich brauche die Antenne nur wieder vom Wandhalter abziehen, ganz ohne Schrauberei, und nach dem Weissen wieder aufsteckeni. Bei der Montage ist sie mir von der Leiter gefallen, was ihr aber kein bisschen geschadet hat. SIe sitzt auch ordentlich fest auf ihrem Wandhalter und wackelt nicht. Alles durchdachte und solide Technik in ansprechendem Design, die genau das macht, was sie soll. Was willst du mehr?

      Dem Qualitätsanspruch einer Premium-Marke wie Kathrein angemessen. Die Antenne wird gut gegen Transportschäden geschützt.

      Design

      Ich war (positiv) überrascht über die kompakte Bauform der Kathrein-Antenne. Ebenfalls sehr gefällig finde ich ihr Erscheinungsbild. Da gibt es designtechnisch nichts zu meckern - eher im Gegenteil. Wenn man sich mal so umsieht auf dem Markt, fallen einem da so manch andere Konkurrenzprodukte eher sehr negativ ins Auge. Schlicht und unauffällig steht sie da und verschandelt keineswegs den Raum.

      Zusammenbau

      Die Antenne kann wahlweise an der Wand montiert oder aufgestellt verwendet werden. Zum Aufstellen steckt man hinten am Gerät einfach eine Stütze an - Zusammenbau erledigt. Zur Wandmontage wird eine Kunststoffhalterung mit zwei Schrauben an der Wand befestigt, die Antenne wird nach dem Anschluß des Koax-Kabels auf die Halterung geclipst - fertig. Arbeitsaufwand mit Bohrung ca. 15 Minuten. Vom Auspacken bis zum Fernsehgenuß bei der Aufstell-Variante vergehen höchstens 5 Minuten.

      Empfang

      In meinem Fall hat der Kauf der Antenne genau das bewirkt, was er sollte: Ich wohne in einem mäßig versorgten DVB-T - Empfangsgebiet und hatte mit meiner alten Stab-Antenne einen sehr schlechten Empfang. Dieser Umstand hat sich mit der Kathrein-Antenne um Längen gebessert. Ich empfange nun alle in unserem Sendegebiet angebotenen Sender ohne Beanstandung.

      Fazit

      Die Bewertung einer DVB-T - Antenne hängt von vielen Variablen ab, daher sind alle Rezensionen hier mit Vorsicht zu genießen. In meinem Fall hat der Kauf dieses Gerätes genau das bewirkt, was er sollte, nämlich zu einer Verbesserung des Empfangs. Einen Stern Abzug gibt es für den Preis. Knapp 30,- € finde ich ganz schön stolz, aber dafür tut sie auch, was sie soll.
