Conventional wisdom states that the Hebrew Scriptures only hint that there are persons of Yahveh. This book shows that Moses and other Bible writers wrote strikingly and often, both about the Trinity and the deity of the Messiah. The Old Testament is as explicit about the Trinity and the deity of the Messiah as is the New Testament. The reader of this book will come to know the Trinitarianism in the Hebrew Scriptures that Yahvists knew. The reader of this book will come to read the Bible the same way the inspired writers intended it to be read - as Trinitarian. -- Dieser Text bezieht sich auf eine vergriffene oder nicht verfügbare Ausgabe dieses Titels.

His book shows that the references to Christ in the Old Testament are legion. He points out that it is no surprise that the apostles in Jesus' day were so willing to accept Jesus as the Son of God. They were used to thinking about plural persons from reading their Scriptures. Yoel Natan shows that the Greek and Hebrew words used in the Old Testament Scriptures at Jesus' time clearly testify about the Father, Son and Spirit--three persons, one God.
Be sure to visit Yoel Natan's website. It gives more information on his books: The Jewish Trinity, The Jewish Trinity Sourcebook, and Moon-o-theism.
The fact is now indisputable that the Jews in Jesus' day believed in the Triune God. The proof was always there in the Bible. Many theologians even suspected it. But it took Yoel Natan to dig it out and prove it beyond dispute.
These two volumes are not just tomes that will collect dust. These are going to be textbooks in a thousand seminaries that are interested in evangelism among the Jews, the Mormons, Jehovah's Witnesses and even Muslims.
The volumes are priceless and indispensable. The world has been waiting for these volumes for two thousand years and didn't know it--just as the world waited for electric light and didn't know it.
Yoel Natan has brought to light the fact that our Hebrew forebears understood and worshipped the Holy Trinity as clearly as the writers of the Apostles' Creed and almost as clearly as the authors of the Nicene.
The Jewish Trinity and The Jewish Trinity Sourcebook are the Rosetta Stone to the Old Testament. All the evidence has been there staring us in the face for two millennia. Perhaps it is because this information is so desperately needed in our times that it has taken until now to search it out.

It took over 1900 years, since our Lord's Resurrection, for us to discover how we reflect the Image of God and the real meaning of Genesis 1:1, Elohim and the "us" of our Creation in Genesis 1:26. DNA and science has demonstrated that male and female each contribute 23 chromosomes to life. Male and female are co-creators of life....They are an "us". Not only does it take more than a Unitarian understanding of "oneness" to create life, it also takes a Trinitarian view of birth to understand redemption since a Man gives children to a Women, for which she ALONE bleeds, suffers and sometimes dies to bring that life forth. Once again, two or more Persons are needed to explain life and reality.......The Trinity. Hence, the entire story of the Bible, Creation, Redemption, the Nature of Lord Himself and His amazing Triunity can be seen through the human family that carries Elohim's Image.
How tragic that such truth is STILL being suppressed by the world as the Bible said it would be in Roman 1:18-21. And yet, our Triune Lord's purposes and plans are eternal and for that we can rejoice.
By all means read this great book and give it to others.
