I got an urgent project on my desk that had to be build using Exchange Web Services. So I looked for some literature to speed learning a bit. And yes, EWS is a pretty exotic topic. I finally ran into "Inside MS Exchange Server 2007 Web Services". It is THE ONLY book about the topic. And it is written really badly. I know what I am talking about. Besides being a programmer I earn my money teaching how to do that. By all means, the book sucks. You want to know how to retrieve the content of a message in C#? Well, you will have to read scattered chunks in several chapters, and skip an awful lot of useless XML-stuff. Let alone, you will probably programm Exchange 2007 SP1. The book only covers obsolete Exchange 2007! If you need, like me, urgently information, buy this book. If you got some time, don't. The web will teach you most lessons more comprehensive.
