As a person who always turned to books I hope to give back as well. for a long period of my life I never stopped to enjoy them, and I had no one to do that for me. When it finally happened, I wanted to share my epiphany with others, and that's how "How to stop worrying" was born. This book, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living written by Andy Johnson is a very effective guide for a person like me, who's sometimes being anxious and negative in life. This book has helped me to live a worry free life, no stress, and also helped me identify what is the cause of my worrying. I find Chapter 4 the most helpful, which is Finding Balance In Your Life. I'm really thankful to the author for sharing these life strategies. Having them applied in real life is a big help and are worth giving a try. Everything was well-explained. This book deserves a five star!

Sometimes it seems like worrying is something that I’ll never stop doing, but this book really gives me hope that I can overcome constant worrying. It gives a great explanation of how we worry and ways to go about making changes to eliminate that worry. It gives great tips on how to combat it and was a very inspiring read.

I'm not much of a worrier on a personal level. I have a wonderful relationship, doing the work I love, eat right, walk every day for health and fitness, get plenty of sleep. So, I said to myself: Why even bother with this book? But there was something about it that caught my eye and made me pick it up or rather since it's an eBook, to download it. One of the suggestions the author, Andy Johnson made was to pick the top three things in one's life that I worry about most. I couldn't think of anything, so I asked my partner, "What do i worry about?" She rattled off half a dozen things right off. So, per Mr. Johnson's direction, I took that list and whittled it down to three. I won't tell you my three, but probably the top one is the same one a lot of folks have on their list - Money. I'm always thinking about how to pay the bills, take my girl out to eat, and so forth. Johnson suggests that rather than stew over it, to do something about it. Look at this worry as a goal, as something I can improve upon.

This little book contains great and positive info on how leave behind new habits and behaviors and adopt new ones, better for you. For me the hard part in our lives is to find a balance between different areas of our life, and to find a true happiness is a long journey. But, keeping in mind and applying different tips, we can easily live better and limiting stress.
The tips in this book are really great. I love the chapter 6, Be Grateful. Everyday we must to think all the positive things we have in life and be grateful for them.
Really recommend this book!
