I thought this book was just going to show everything we usually hear about anxiety and I was right, everything is here. But I mean everything that really work. And nothing more. I didn't find silly practices or herbs that would only unmotivate because they don't work. Read the book, practice the breath, the easy meditation, try the foods, herbs and some exercises. They all work.

Like majority of people I am anxious about many things in my life. I’ve read a lot of self-improvement books and finally come across this one. This book is full of great information. It explains different types of anxiety, causes and treatments. The remedies to rid anxiety are great. I’m not a big fan of anti-depressants so I particularly liked the parts about foods to treat anxiety and about herbal medicine. Also relaxation techniques are great. My biggest fear is to speak or perform in public. I’ve just started applying the techniques from this book and already feeling better about it. I’m sure that I will overcome my anxieties soon. If you suffer from any type of anxiety this book is a must read for you. I really recommend it.
