We loved this book! The authors offer positive and motivating ways to connect with teenagers. It's a quick and easy read, helpful for busy parents. Work on one idea a month, or one idea a week, and improve your relationship with your prickly teenager.

5.0 von 5 Sternen It was a great book and a quick read 7. Oktober 2014
Von Adriann - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Taschenbuch
This is a non-fiction book about how to understand your teenager and help them positively develop their self-esteem. It was a great book and a quick read. I would recommend it to anyone who KNOWS a teenager as we all influence those around us.This is one of my favorite quotes from the book "Teenagers must realize that their worth never changes, no matter how others treat them. Just as with the diamonds, as low as their self-esteem may plunge, their worth is still great."

When trying to decide how to reach out to a troubled teen. The hardest thing sometimes is where to start.
This book How to hug a Hedgehog is a wonderful tool in learning where to begin and then how to proceed.
I am confident that this book will put you on a path to connecting with and helping your loved ones, no matter what the challenge is.
5.0 von 5 Sternen Excellent book! 3. Oktober 2014
Von Courtney - Veröffentlicht auf Amazon.com
Format: Taschenbuch
This book was excellent! My daughter is not even close to being a teenager yet, but I will be holding on to this book and definitely using the ideas in it especially when she is a teenager. I could see how their ideas would be helpful because I have teenage siblings and they definitely act like the hedgehog personality described in this book. I loved the comparison of teenagers to hedgehogs, the book was very entertaining and filled with stories that made me laugh out loud. I definitely recommend this book.
