Ever since I was a little boy, I have always wondered why my father would BBQ in the winter. Now that I am older, I understand. I needed to fix this, my reputation was shattered. As a guy BBQ was supposed to be my thing. Over the years I got better and better. With many failed meats, and money burnt away.
