Signal search

The signal strength and signal quality (MER) are shown as numerical readings and as a bar display. As further readings, it determines the signal/noise ratio (C/N) and the bit error rate (BER). The signal strength is displayed either in dBµV, dBm or dBmV.

Loop search

Loop search for all areas (DVB-S/S2, DVB-C and DVB-T). Up to 8 transponders/channels are displayed simultaneously.

TV operation

In addition, the image quality can also be checked via the high-resolution 11 cm TFT LCD screen. A German station list is pre-installed upon delivery.

Zum ausrichten einer Sat Antenne gut. Auf dem Dach, bei Sonne, noch lesbar.
Zum Einmessen und Protokoll Erstellung einer Kathrein Unikabel Anlage leider nicht brauchbar.
Die Messwerte sind zu ungenau, wenn mal ein Bild und Werte erscheinen. Beim messen an den Enddosen steigt das Gerät oft aus und muss mmer neu eingestellt werden. Warum, war nicht festzustellen. Ob das bei SAT, Kabel und DVBT-2 auch so ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Ich brauche das Gerät nur für Unikabel. Oftmals kommt ein lautes Piepen und kryptische Meldungen die in der dürftigen Bedienungsanleitung nicht beschrieben sind. Ist halt preiswerte Chinaware. Preis-Leistung ist soweit OK, wenn man keine zu hohe Ansprüche stellt.
