Mein Sohn baut am Gymnasium in einer AG Roboter selbst, wodurch er mit seinem Team sogar bereits an den Robocup-Weltmeisterschaften 2014 in Brasilien teilnehmen konnte. Für seinen neuen Roboter benötigte er diese Dioden, welche nach Einbau problemlos funktionierten.
Was nicht in die Wertung einfließt, dass der Verkäufer "LAP Electronics" 1,99 EUR Versand verlangt, die Teile aber in einem 85-Cent-Brief verschickt. Gehört in die Verkäuferbewertung, ich weiß, aber da schaut man nicht so oft rein, daher hier der (neutrale) Hinweis.
Für die Dioden an sich natürlich 5 Sterne.

Sie sperren den Strom in eine Richtung. Der weiße Ring gibt die Seite an, auf der die Sperre zur anderen Seite liegt.

Was sonst soll man noch schreiben?

Die Anschlusskontakte sind relativ dick, lassen sich aber leicht biegen. In die Löcher einer handelsüblichen Lochrasterplatine passen die Beinchen nicht ohne das Loch aufzubohren.

Die Dioden werden nicht sonderlich heiss oder versagen den Dienst.
