Ich achte in letzter Zeit ein wenig auf meine Ernährung, mehr Ballaststoffe z. B. Dafür ist das Brot sehr gut geeignet. Und da ich einen Brotbackautomaten besitze, war das Haferbrot nur eine Frage der Zeit.

Bestellt, schnell geliefert und genauso schnell gebacken. Einfach ein wenig Wasser dazu, ein wenig Hefe (wie man es am besten macht steht auf der Packung) und los gehts. Nach etwas mehr als zwei Stunden ist es fertig und es schmeckt sehr lecker. Es hat einen eigenen Geschmack, ich habe noch ein paar Saaten (Kürbiskerne, Sonnenblumenkerne) dazugetan. Dadurch schmeckte es noch einen bisschen besser.

Sieht man sich die Inhaltsstoffe an, wird klar, dass das doch preislich stark überzogen ist. Schmeckt am besten, wenn man Kakaonibs und Rosinen (zusammen etwa 100gramm) hinzufügt.

Am besten länger gehen lassen als angegeben. Mindestens 1,5 Stunden.

Das Brot geht nicht sooo gut auf, nur etwas.
