Anti inflammatory diet recipes will give you so much informatio about the uses and the helpful fact about this diet. Greatly written and explained. Good book, recommended.

This 16 page booklet has some basic info on an anti-inflammatory diet and 25 bullet point recipes. There are no pictures of the food, no nutritional information (calories, fat, carbs) for the recipes or recommended ingredients, and the recipes are hard to follow in bullet point format with the quantity listed last. I could get more detailed information from a website, and it would be free. This product is really overpriced and is more like a handout from a doctor's office. Most of the recipes are simplistic, and while that's not a bad thing, I don't need to purchase a recipe for 3 ingredient popsicles. Overall, I would have been ok with this product for less than $4, not $8.97.

I was ordering other items and ordered this by mistake. It wasn't worth the time or money to return it so it lives here for now. It is the teeny tiniest of little booklets. I almost tossed it with the box actually. It think it would be better received, if not as a freebie, in conjunction with another like item.

easy to use, especially after a long day. make sure to go back and review recipes, as I got to the end of one recipe ...it says...serve over cooked pasta, which was not listed . that was a surprise!!! good food for fibromyalgia and arthritis :)
