Ich hatte dieses Spay gekauft, um auf Kunststoff eine leitfähige Basis aufzutragen, damit der Kunststoff vernickelt werden kann.
Leider scheint das nicht zu funktionieren. Was auch immer das 1% in den 99% Kupfer ist, scheint die Produkteigenschaften diesbezüglich negativ zu beeinträchtigen. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass es sich um relativ dicken Klarlack handelt, der auch leider nur langsam trocknet. Die Farbe bildet bei einem zu dicken Auftrag, der sehr schnell zustande kommt, weil die Düse sehr viel Lack fördert, nach dem Auftragen leichte, schwarze Schlieren, scheinbar ist das Kuper zum Teil in der Dose oxydiert.
Das Produkt wäre wohl deutlich besser, wenn es nur ein leichtes Lösungsmittel beinhalten würde und man wirklich nur Kupfer aufsprühen würde, ähnlich, wie man es von Graphitsprays kennt.

Die Schicht sieht optisch sehr schön aus, aber mehr auch nicht. Bei einer Schicht von 99% Kupfer müsste die Leitfähigkeit recht hoch sein, so das die Schicht schnell und einfach galvanisiert werden kann. Leider nimmt sie im Beschichtungsprozess fast nichts an. Egal welches Verfahren. Ich werde weiterhin mit Silberleitlack arbeiten, auch wenn er im Preis recht teuer ist. Zum Galvanisieren nicht geeignet.
