    Diese SSD 1 Tb hat es jetzt schon in sich, absolute Vorsicht ist geboten auch ich bin auf denn Schwindel reingefallen. Das Bild ganz genau anschauen laut meinem Test habe ich schon 122500 GB und 133500 GB bearbeitet auch schon 47 mal an und aus geschaltet. Als Leihe fragt man sich, wann war das. Jemand vor mir hat schonmal diese SSD in denn Finger gehabt und woll viel Geld verdient. 1 Stern ist viel zu viel man muss aber um eine Rezession zu schreiben leider diesen 1 Stern vergeben. Nur Orginal verpackte und um etwas teure Artikel kommt man nicht herum um sowas zu Kaufen. Ich bitte Amazon diese Erfahrung zu teilen, ich schädige niemand ausser Bedrücker die noch mehr Geld verdienen wollen.

    Es befindet sich keine Feststell-Schraube im Lieferumfang. Leider habe ich diese Größe nicht in meiner Sammlung, da das Gewinde winzig ist. Einbau direkt nach Kauf also nicht möglich, schade !

    Die SSD wird erkannt, aber nicht gelesen. Hab es mit zwei verschiedenen USB SSD ausprobiert mit gleicher Enttäuschung. Na ja, ich hoffe das es nach dem Umtauschen funktioniert.

    Ersatz wurde auch nicht erkannt!!!
    Erst die SSD 970 EVO 1Tb mit anderem USB Adapter
    Mit einem weiteren USB Adapter:
    SSK Aluminium M.2 NVME SSD Gehäuse-Adapter, USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10 Gbps) zu NVME PCI-E M-Key Solid State Drive externes Gehäuse (nur für NVMe PCIe 2242/2260/2280)
    Wurde die SSD erkannt, jedoch erst mit der Installation von Macrium Reflect Free Edition konnte die SSD 100% erkannt und geklont werden.
    Dennoch hatte ich weiter Probleme, weil die SSD nicht im AHCP Modus im BIOS eingestellt war und somit nur als „normale“ SSD funktionierte.
    Das wiederum erforderte eine totale Neuinstallierung von Windows auf dem Rechner.

    Fazit:
    1. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht, dass der Vorgang so kompliziert war – es war ja kein No-Name, sondern Samsung.
    2. Dass ich spärliche und nicht zeitgerechte Hilfestellung bekommen habe (Samsung ERMS Supprt)
    3. Ich bin Hardware und Software affin und hatte große Probleme. Ich frage mich hier was sich dazu Samsung gedacht hat, das ist nicht verkaufsfördernd.
    4. Ich habe einen kleineren Datenverlust erlitten, was ich vorbeugen wollte.

    Ich bin ein absoluter Fan der Samsung-SSDs, da sie in Verbindung mit der Magician-Software von Samsung absolut hervorragende Ergebnisse erzielen. Diese PCIe-Karte war meine erste, aber auch das erste Samsung-Medium, welches wohl defekt war/ist.
    Schade; kann passieren, eine neue ist bereits geordert

    Hello Amazonians,

    My existing setup is as follows:
    Laptop: Legion y740 15inch with RTX2070 MaxQ
    HDD: 1TB 2.5 inch (7mm) 7200rpm (stock)
    SSD: 128GB m.2 NVMe Pcie 2242 m+b key (stock) with Win10Home

    Wanted to upgrade both the:
    A.) existing 1TB 7200 rpm HDD as well as the
    B.) 128GB m.2 NVMe pcie SSD

    With:

    A.) 2TB Samsung 870 EVO 2.5inch SATA SSD
    B.) 1TB Samsung 980 m.2 (2280) NVMe pcie SSD m key (for Win10 OS).

    As i only use the Lenovo Legion y740 15" for gaming purpose so with games having humongous download sizes, 1TB HDD was filling up faster (was left with only 250GB of 1TB space) and also the 7200rpm drive was real slow for game load times (waiting of 3-5 mins) for a game load.

    As of the current Gen, a NVMe pcie based m.2 SSD is the fastest drive in the market and Samsung 980 is the latest iteration from its new lineup of m.2.

    Ofcourse there are the PRO version m.2's as well but those are just out of budget and out of scope from a gaming/home use kind of scenarios unless one is into heavy video editing, designing and vfx purposes.

    Installing both the SSDs is fairly simple as just the screws are to be removed (follow your laptop manual for the same) and pop in these in their respective slots.

    A word of caution though: m.2 slot on the laptop/desktop motherboard are mostly "M Key" based (female notch placed at the right side of a m.2 SSD that goes into the male notch on the motherboard). Also, most laptop/desktop motherboards easily support varying lengths of m.2 SSDs like 2242 2260 and the longest 2280 (22 is the width in mm where as the last 2 numbers i.e. 42, 60 and 80 are the lengths in mm).

    Also, a 2.5 inch (7 mm or 9 mm) HDD/SSD enclosure can also be bought so that you can keep your old HDD/SSD as a portable HDD/SSD within the enclosure. I bought the transparent ORICO 2.5 mm model 2193U3 HDD/SSD enclosure (have reviewed that as well) and i keep my 7200 rpm 1TB HDD inside this enclosure after having it replaced with the 2TB Samsung 870 EVO.

    Likewise, there is also an enclosure for the m.2 NVME PCIE SSD available from the same brand, ORICO. Check it out at amazon.in as well.

    So, I made a BOOTABLE win10 usb (using the Windows Medial tool online) so that I can install the OS on the newly installed m.2 2280 ssd and the entire process took less than 30 mins from hardware installation to OS inatallation from USB to the new m.2 ssd.

    There is Less to No Comparison of Quality and Price of Samsung SSDs with other brands like Sabrent, Crucial, WD etc.

    Pagato circa 67 euro in versione 500 GB. Sarebbe tutto perfetto se non fosse che al primo ordine abbiamo ricevuto un oggetto CONTRAFFATTO.
    In una confezione immacolata abbiamo trovato un SSD SATA Hynix da 128 GB di colore verde con appiccicata sopra l'etichetta nera del Samsung MZ-V8V500 980. Veramente inspiegabile.
    Chiesta immediatamente la sostituzione, abbiamo ricevuto l'articolo originale e tutto è andato bene.
    Bello e funziona anche bene.
    AVVERTENZA: Visto l'accaduto, è consigliabile verificare le specifiche (nome, capacità, etc.) dell'SSD anche dalla gestione dispositivi o tramite il software Samsung Magician e, ove possibile, verificare anche il numero di serie col produttore.

    [2021, ottobre] AGGIORNAMENTO...
    Essendo parte interessata, abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni ad Amazon sulla questione dell'oggetto contraffatto ricevuto.
    Dopo lunga attesa e diverse richieste in pratica ci hanno detto che non è affare nostro.

    I brought this SSD on 13 March 2021 for Rs. 4199 for my Lenovo Ideapad 330s, which had become unbearably slow due to a terrible HDD that was just not capable enough of running it smoothly.

    The installation process was simple. Samsung's Data Migration software works like magic, and all you need to do is make sure that you're booting from your SSD.

    Note - Screw, which holds the SSD in place, isn't provided in the box, which every SSD selling company should provide by now. Feels weird that it isn't standard by now, but if you don't have spare laptop screws lying around your house like me, then it's definitely something to keep in mind.

    I purchased this as it is good value on "Deal of the day" for a 1TB drive at £95. I wanted to see if could act as a boot drive on a Mac Pro 5,1 as the initial firmware on the 970 Evo Plus did not allow booting from it on a Mac Pro 5,1. It worked as a boot drive just fine with the firmware that came pre installed, read speeds are similar to the 970 Evo Plus at around 1600MB/s read/write (That's the limit on these older Macs on a single PCIE adapter).

    A modern PC will see the full potential of this SSD up around 3500MB/s, but for a Mac Pro 5,1 I'm pleased with the performance and price, which is on par with the 970 Evo/Evo Plus, for less money per GB.
