Ich bin mit den Tabletten sehr zufrieden. Nach der Einnahme hatte ich keinerlei Nebenwirkungen. Gefühlt war mein Allgemeinbefinden nach etwa einer Woche bereits besser. Scheinbar hatte ich irgendein Vitamin oder Mineralstoff zu wenig. Die Haltbarkeit lag bei mir bei etwas über einem Jahr. Hier könnte es ruhig etwas mehr sein. Insgesamt bin ich mit den Multivitamintabletten sehr zufrieden und werde sie sicherlich wieder kaufen. Was gefällt mir gut: - Jahrespackung mit 365 Tabletten - Tabletten sind nicht zu groß und gut zu schlucken - nur eine Tablette pro Tag benötigt - enthält 26 Vitamine und Mineralstoffe - Angabe der Nährstoffbezugswerte - frei von synthetischen Bindemitteln, Füllstoffen und Zusatzstoffen - gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - keine Nebenwirkungen aufgetreten Was gefällt mir nicht so gut: - MHD ist mit einem Jahr und 2 Monaten recht knapp bemessen

      Die Haltbarkeit lag bei mir bei etwas über einem Jahr. Hier könnte es ruhig etwas mehr sein.

      Hier sind die Tabletten wirklich nicht der Hit, aber das müssen sie für mich auch nicht sein. Für das schlucken einer Tablette ist es absolut erträglich. Einen Stern werde ich abziehen, da ab und an nach der Einnahme der Tablette die Rückmeldung meiner Lebenspartnerin kam, ich würde nach Hundefutter riechen. Einen Hund habe ich nicht, also das ist schon direkt auf die Tabletten zurückzuführen.

      Hier tue ich mich schwer. Eine direkte Wirkung kann ich so nicht ausmachen, ich fühle mich grundsätzlich fit im Alltag, mache aber auch viel Sport.
